Black Core: Villain in a Reverse world

Jin is a victim of bullying and eventually dies at the hands of his tormentors. He is reincarnated in another world and gains access to a "System," vowing never to let himself be pushed around again. However, the world he has entered is far from ordinary; women hold the power here because, unlike men, they awaken special abilities. Jin no longer wants to be told what to do, and over time, he establishes an underground organization with himself at the helm. As Jin’s influence grows, he becomes one of the world's most wanted criminals.

The first few chapters don't have much action yet, but we'll get to that.
There’s no classic "System", I didn't want to just copy things one-to-one. Even though the MC relies heavily on the "system"—especially at the beginning—I don't want him to be solely dependent on it; I want him to be able to handle things on his own, too. That’s also the reason I didn't include the word "System" in the title.
This is my first novel and I'm doing it just for fun, so please be understanding.
