Elf With A Template System In The MCU

DJMLucarionite
This is a story about a man who dies on Earth and is reincarnated by Morgan Freeman (God) into the MCU. This MCU will contain elements of other franchises, such as the F4 and X-Men. Rio is turned into an Elf, specifically the LotR variety, with some minor changes here and there. He is also given a Template System. This system allows him to grow in power the more templates of characters he assimilates. The System also has a few features that can be unlocked over time, but Rio will discover these in time. If you ever have any suggestions for a template idea, tell me; I might add them in as I preplan his templates ahead of time to give the story a nice progression. And if I don't want to or decide not to use the idea, I will usually tell you why. Rio will be thrust into the MCU about half a year before events kick off, giving little prep time. He'll have to be careful in a world that doesn't cleanly follow the MCU timeline due to the addition of unexpected people. And importantly, how is he supposed to do anything with pointy elf ears without looking like a cosplayer? Eh, he'll figure it out. Probably. Maybe. Now, as for what you can expect in terms of his personality. First off, he will be a hero... Sort of. He'll have no issue killing someone if they are a threat or will become a threat. But he won't mindlessly kill everyone he sees. I know the MCU doesn't have that many heroes with no kill rules, but I just wanted to make that clear now. Also expect him to be an assassin build in the early chapters, but he might evolve into something else as the story progresses. There will be a harem, but as with basically all my stories, the harem and romance are never the main focus and almost always take place at the end of the story. So it's Harem, but also for the most part it's not. So if you hate harem stories because they do the gotta catch 'em all, don't worry, I try to keep it to three or less. But it's your choice if you want to pass on this story. And the slots haven't been filled yet, so if you have suggestions, let me know. Also, since this has been complained about a few times, I will just reveal what worlds are actual crossovers with this fic, as in they exist in the setting of the story, but this is a multiverse fic, so there will be some multiversal travel. They are as follows. Lara Croft, Transformers, Aliens, John Wick, Underworld (Barely), and that's basically it. I say barely for Underworld, as really only Selene appears for plot reasons, which is really small and has little to change in the story. There are references, such as Rio's last name being Pines and living near the Mystery Shack, but they are not crossovers; they are just neat references for those who know. There are several of these spread throughout the novel, so if this is upsetting to you, I would suggest skipping this novel. I will also point out that I am not a fan of training montages or over-detailed training sessions, so most training will happen off-screen between chapters. There will be some training, but not a whole lot shown. Also, the first chapters are rough, not in a bad grammar or something like that, but they are written in a more summarizing style than narrative. I can't think of the right words to explain what to call it, but know that the entire story isn't like that, and I was still finding my groove at that point. If those are deal-breakers you can't accept, I would skip this novel. ----------------------- Now, for the details on what you can expect from me. I will make the chapters around 1500-2000 words, and I anticipate releasing them Monday-Friday. If you notice any errors or mistakes in any of my content, then let me know, and I will usually fix it, and if I don't, then I will at least let you know why. I read almost all the comments, so let me know what you think. Lastly, I use Grammarly, but both it and I can make grammar mistakes, so let me know if you find any. Until next time, Ciao.

Lord of the Rings: Kingdom Builder

After dying from cancer, Oliver Smith wakes up in the freezing Weather Hills of Middle-earth as Aldric, a minor Dúnedain noble with nothing but a rusted sword and a group of forty-six starving refugees. However, he isn't just a survivor—he is the host of the Kingdom Restoration System (KRS). In a land of fading magic and rising darkness, Aldric must use the system to rebuild the lost kingdom of Arnor from the ground up. From managing granaries and planting orchards to training a military capable of standing against the shadow, he must transform a band of desperate refugees into a continental power. The world thinks the age of Men is over, but with a system for civilization building, Aldric is about to prove them wrong. The System: Kingdom Restoration (KRS) Territory Management: Allows the MC to "claim" land. Once claimed, the system provides a map overlay showing resource nodes (ore, fertile soil) and structural integrity of ruins, making it easier to rebuild ancient bastions like Amon Hen-dîr. Population & Loyalty Tracking: A HUD that shows the exact number of followers, their health, and their loyalty levels. It calculates "Prosperity" and "Stability" scores, warning the MC of potential rebellions or starvation before they happen. Civilization Skill Trees: Points earned from quests can be invested into trees like Agriculture (increasing crop yields), Masonry (speeding up construction), or Military Reform (enhancing the combat stats of his soldiers). Quest & Reputation System: The system issues "Restoration Quests" that provide essential rewards for growth. It also tracks his reputation among other factions (Elves, Dwarves, Rohan), unlocking unique trade or diplomatic options as his fame grows.
