Tower Defense: Summoning Anime Villains To Take Over The World
Growing up in poverty, Marcus believed that he would never make it out of his destitute circumstances alive. There wasn't a single day where he hadn't gone out scavenging for food and fighting for it, nor had he ever known the warmth of a father or a mother.
One thing had kept him going in his miserable life however, his love for anime and manga. He'd scrape up every single penny he found or beg in the streets for spare change in order to collect them, and then go out to buy his favourites. He often found himself sympathizing with the villains across every single one.
But life has never sympathized with him. Marcus ends up protecting himself from a group of teenage thieves, and is then stabbed in the same altercation. Bleeding out and on the verge of death, Marcus believes himself to be dead, until his entire body disintegrates and materializes in an empty void with a single tower and a magic circle beneath it.
