Though Jovy explained the proposal to found the Superdimensional Academy as a broad initiative, Ves believed it to be the brainchild of a very prominent individual.
It had to be a tier 1 galactic citizen from the Survivalist Faction.
Perhaps the leaders from the other factions may have birthed this idea, but Ves did not think it was likely.
Only the Survivalists possessed the rare streak of altruism, foresight and rulebreaking necessary to think outside the box and commit to such a controversial plan.
