Davis threw her onto the bed, and Frostrose's body sank into the silken sheets with a soft bounce, her large white wings spreading wide beneath her as the lunar glow along their edges flickered gently across the fabric. Long strands of silver-white hair streaked with deep blue spilled over the pillow and across one wing, the ornate headdress still resting on her head, though a few dangling ornaments had slipped loose.
Her dark blue robes, patterned with cyan clouds, had already fallen open from how he had carried her, revealing the smooth curves of her breasts and the pale skin of her midriff. The white skirt beneath had ridden up along one leg, revealing her fair thigh. She lay there for a moment, bosoms rising and falling, then pushed herself up on her elbows and met his gaze with cool eyes that had already begun to darken.
