When we reach the north side of the village all I can thought was how is this even possible?! It completely different from 3 days ago, when Arnold child training here. Now on that place, the field ground raised for 3 meer tall, and a stone wall holding on it vertical slopes. There also a stair to goes up the stone wall to the field ground. Which even more ridiculous since there is 3 building standing there made of a wonderful stone. Where the hell did he got this many stone in couple of hours? How did he shaped it? Also there a stone paved road made out the same material from the stair to each building. This... I sure he doesn't have that much money to buy all this thing. Even a noble want this kind of stone paved road but can't purchased it. Even the old man Corvy can't help it and keep getting amazed when he seeing the building. He then took us around as he saying his request, then when we got inside the building it much more amazing. The stone is really smooth, and even shiny. What magic is this? Did he used a sorcery? How do you polished a rough stone like the one on the outside to become this smooth and shiny like this in couple of hours. Then he took us to each room in the first floor, the first room is the living room with a grand fireplace. It design is unique, it frame was carved with sea serpent (Chinese Dragon) and somesort of bird? I don't know what kind of monster is it, but somehow they seems majestic. He said he want a 3 long sofas and 3 personal sofa, also a tea table, and a book shelf. Of course the window frame and wooden board to cover the wall. He said it was too plain if all the wall was made from stone. Then we go to the dinning room which already got a marble tables so he only want a chairs for 8 peoples in case there a guest. I regret my decision to not follow him here. Afterwards we go to the kitchen and he also ordered shelves for it, what make me wonder he want a hanged shelf. It pretty interesting idea, even tho it pretty big. There 2 stove and also a stone oven in the kitchen. I finally seen the sink he been talking about before. He said it used to washing dishes. The only room left was a bathroom which he only need a door and window frame. Still is it his world common sense to have a bathroom? It pretty big one too. With a big bath tub also some sort of chair? I wonder what is that thing used for, it look like chair but it got a hole. Then tour ended on second floor that got 6 bedrooms that got the same interior.
For short the house is ridiculous. It wasn't as big as noble house but it really luxurious in my eyes. The other building is the school, which basically made out the same things. I never thought the last building is indoor field, why are you so professional? The children here is only commoners you know? Why is your facilities for school is almost as good as nobles school? The only things that he didn't made is library and canteen, which doesn't even matter since the children house is only 20 minutes walk. I seriously wondering what kind of world did he live before.

When I am done guide them around the house and building, we walk back to mister Hobbit workshop. They've been silence the entire time tho, while mister Hobbit only nodding around and took a note. So when we arrive at the workshop I finally asking mister Hobbit about the prices for all the things I need.
"Mister, how much is it?"
"Dat's... I haven't count de total. But all I know I don't have enough wood right now. Cha need to help me to secure de leftover since with cha order it will be troublesome for the villager if we cut down every tree in de village. And if cha help me with it, de prices will be lower."
"Then, just make the door and wooden frame, bed and sofas."
"If it only dat I got enough wood."
"Then how much is it?"
"Hmmm... 14 doors, 33 window frames, 3 big sofas, 3 personal, and 6 bedding it will be 3 gold and 76 silver coins. Since cha order many things and understand our language, I'll give cha discount so it will be only 3 gold and 25 silver coins."

"Oi, you should just paid it. Even tho old man Loo, look like that he was one of the best furniture craftsman before in Houten." Klein whisper to me when he see my conflicted face.
Old man Loo? Ah right it was his name, I was the one whose forgetting his name. Seriously this old man that look like teenage is one of the best craftman? Hearing that I give him the money right away.
"Then I'll working on it right away. Is it better for me to make it on de spot? Since it will be easier to transport de wood there than de finished product."
"That a good plan. But I still need something to do."
"Is dat so?"
"Then I'll help you old man." Said Klein.
"Dat will be helpful."
We part ways once again. I walk to the east gate, since I plan to cut the wood myself! Now should I go to Vahl Mountain or to that forrest from before? Hmmm, I preferred tree from Vahl mountain tho since it got a good scent and color. So I decided to go there before it too late. When I reach the village gate, the guards greet me. The one guarding it today is Izegrim.
"Oh it you comrade, where you going?"
"Good evening Ize. I am going to Vahl Mountain for awhile."
"Vahl Mountain? It getting late already. It dangerous."
"Relax, I am only going there to cut some tree. I won't go to deep in the mountain."
"Oh, then becareful."
"Will do."
He open the gate afterward. I run right away. I also don't want to wandering there when the night come. It only took me couple of minutes to reach the mountain feet. It wasn't that far after all. Then I search for suitable tree which ain't too young, the one that got 60 cm diameter and 12 meter height. Yep it really look like pine. I cut it down easily with wind magic. Then I proceed it to become a block of wood. It become two block with around 40 cm lateral and 6 meter height, also 20 cm lateral and 2 meter height. It good enough, then I cut the first block to 6 parts with 2 meter height and 20 cm lateral. Yep with this I already secure 140 wooden flank that I needed to cover my wall. I still need many more tho let's see, the dining room, living room and hall way wall is around 196 m², and here I only got 56 m². So I guess I'll need another 3 tree? But it only the first floor. The second floor wall is around 240 m, so I guess another 7 tree. So I continue cutting down the tree, I left it as a wooden blocks. All of it only took me 15 minutes which most of the time used to search for suitable tree. Now I got 56 wooden blocks. When I stack it together it kinda big, 1.4 m thick, 1.6 m width and 2 m long. How do I carry this? I can lift it up if I tie it, but I don't have any rope. Or should I said that I forget about those. Right... I can just tie it up with Earth Magic! Then after tying it up, I carry it back. Which took me more time than going to the mountain.
In the way back I met a goblins for the first time. It skin color is different tho, since they got a brown colored skin. But overall it the same as what goblin in my mind. They got a sharp big nose, a bulged fang, sharp ears and bald. They seems like a hunting pact, since they bought a club in their hands. When they encounter me, one thing make me goes crazy. I can understand their speech!
"Kik look there a human!"
"Uka, human? Been awhile since we met human!"
"Delicious goods! We going to be able to have a feast now kikikik."
"Meat... Human meat..."
"Feast..."
They looking at me like seeing a livestock, which make me uncomfortable. Then they become cautious when they look at the things I am carrying.
"He carrying something..."
"That is wood?"
"How did that human carry a lump of wood like that?"
"He strong kik."
"Klakak... Should we capture the human?"
"He seems dangerous. We should retreat."
They doesn't realize that I can see them and hear their conversation. Well they're on considerable distance away from me and their position is behind me after all. I found them because of sonar, and I able to hear them because of Sharp Hearing. Should I kill them? When I cast identification, their race is goblin. I thought their race is demon, but it doesn't seems like it. Guess demi-human got their own race. It wasn't like those world where monster equal as demon. Well, Selene is demon with subs vampire after all. Then should I said that Selene is demi-demon? But well demon got subspecies, will Goblin also got those? They keep contemplating about attacking me or retreating. Hmm... I should just kill them, since when breeding season comes they will become a threat either way. Before they realize their head already flying away from their neck, I used Wind Cutter to kill them all. It really easy... To dispose their body I buried them with earth magic before going back to the village. When I come back it almost 5 p.m I think. Izegrim look weirdly when he saw me.
"Yo-you... Don't tell me you cut them all in matter of 2 hours?!"
He said that when I come near him.
"Aaa, I need this for something."
"I thought you were going to cut some wood for fire... But here I am seeing you with lumber that already being processed."
Oh... I see, he thought I only need a firewoods.
"Well, I need this for my house after all."
"House? Then you're going to go out again tomorrow?"
"No? I already build the house. This is for covering the wall."
"What? When you build a house? This afternoon I am wandering around the Village and I didn't see any new house being made."
"Oh, I made it on the Northside of the village this afternoon."
"North side? You're joking right. I didn't see anything on that place."
"Ah... You will know by tomorrow I guess. So can I goes in? It kinda hard to keep carrying this.
"Ah... That right... How the heck did you carry that?!"
It tiresome to explain it and you just realized I am carrying this? Is it that shocking? Well normal person won't be able to carry this.
"I am using magic to make it lighter." It a lie tho.
"I see, as expected from someone whose gonna be a teacher soon I guess and Klein acquintance."
He accepting it like normal somehow... Is Klein that abnormal in your eyes? He then opening the gate, so I got in and goes straight away to my house by following the wall side. I don't want to be eye-catching, that why I choose this way to go there. I arrive at my house 30 minutes later, Mr. Loo and Klein was there when I arrive. Mister Loo eyes bulging out when he see me, while Klein keep nonchalant face.
"Oh you're back, I see you goes straight away to cut some wood." Said Klein as I put down the wooden blocks and unbinds it.
"Yeah, I don't want to procrastinating."
"Dis... How?" Ask mister Loo.
"I just cut it down with magic."
I answer him as I starting to do my works and cut it as I wanted. Yep, it got a good color and scents. Mister Loo shocked tho when he saw me processing the wood. While Klein watching me carefully.
"I see, so you can used magic for this."
"Eh? You never thought using it for this?"
"It hard to do those, after all you need a precise control of your magic if not it will be uneven."
"It was that hard? Can't you just imagine it cutting the wood precisely?"
"That... I see, so that how is it. You didn't only imagine the magic but also the item that the magic proceed. Let me try it."
He then go helping me doing those, and successfully cutting the wood like my example.
"See? It pretty easy and convenient."
"Indeed, it is. But the mana consumption is pretty high. It drain 1/5 of my mana just to do that. So relax old man, it only him that can do this."
Hearing Klein comments Mr. Loo sighing in relief. I won't take your job okay? But I wonder what have they done all this time? There is no change at my house at all.
"So what have you done?"
"I am measuring de size for de door and window. But when we try to fixed de door, de wall ist too tough. I can't fixed it."
"Ah, leave it to me then."
I took the door frame and fix it on the wall with magic. I punctured the door frame with Rock Nail from the wall side.
"Lad... Cha way to fixed de door is unique."

I don't know if he praising me or mocking me, since it seems like both. Then I cover the wall as I planned with the same way as the door. When the last bell of the day rang, I am done fixing the wall with those wooded board. Yeah it look good, we also finished the window frame and door. What left is the furniture, and with my help and Mr. Loo direction we made it really fast. It done by the time the moon raise high enough. It around 9 p.m I guess. When we're done Mr. Loo sit down on site amazed.
"Lad, Cha really ridiculous. It my first time to make so many item in a really short time and it quality still passable. It a great experience for me."
"Thank you for your hard work."
"No need lad, Cha should help my workshop sometime on Cha spare times. Also I heard Cha going to teach starting tomorrow. It ist the school for it right? Please take care of my kiddo."
"Of course we will."
He said it passable, but I feel it really good. He indeed one of the best craftman, his work and design is really good. He got a good taste for furniture design. Also his child is going to come here tomorrow eh?

Klein come back when we're done with food and drinks. He left us in the middle of the work for this eh?

"Oh I thought cha run away brat. Thanks cha for bringing us food."
"No problems. So I guess what left is those furniture for the class eh?"
"Yeah, for now I think stone table and chair is good enough. I'll make it later after eating."
Then we eat our dinner lively. It really a tiresome day. While thinking about what I am doing today, I make the furniture for the class. Then goes back to Klein's house, while Mr. Loo goes back to his own home and workshop. When we got back everyone still there.
"Welcome back Charavgi and Klein." Said Glen welcoming us. He been putting off the formalities since yesterday.
"Oh you guys finally back?" Said Rose.
"Welcome home Charavgi, Sir Klein." Said Liefa
"Done with your guys business?" Said Drat.
"I am back."
"Why does it feel like it was Charavgi home not mine?"
Said me and Klein, hearing Klein words we all laugh.
"Anyway my experiment is succeed."
"Experiment?"
"Don't mind his words, it more ridiculous if you take it as it is. It too much to called what he does as experiment."
"What do you mean Klein?"
"He built a mansion!"
"Built a mansion?"
"Seriously? Mansion ain't something you build in one day you know?"
"But this guy did it!"
Somehow it become a gossip about me. Hey I am right here alright?
"What does Sir Klein mean Charavgi?" Ask Liefa.
"Just as he said... But it wasn't that much, I only build a house not a mansion."
"Sure it wasn't much! He not only build a house, but also the school."
"The school too?"

They seen me like a weird creatures, while Liefa smiling and patting my back. Hey, I am stop staring at me like that. Somehow the mental damage is high.
"You guys should be thankful to him, he made it so you guys can stay here comfortably. Also the training field is pretty good. There is running tracks also a good dummy."
"Really?! Thanks Charavgi."
"Good work then."
"Did you make my room and Glen side by side? One room also good."
"Living under the same roof..."
They express their gratitude differently one by one. Also please do consider other people Rose! And Liefa what with your face... I will think many things if you are flushing like that.
"Then should we goes there?"
"Good idea, we finally able to have a good sleep."
"Indeed it cramped for 4 grown-up man here."

With that it decided to go back to the new house. They got amazed when we arrive at the location.

She encourage me at once, while patting my back once again. So I guide them to the house, it dark tho since it already night. I invoke fire magic to light the house, then guide them to the living room and starting the fireplace. They been looking around when we goes inside.
"Indeed it a great house, it like a mansion but it wasn't as big to be called a mansion." Glen voice his opinion as we goes inside.
"It really dark tho, so I can't see all the things here. Can you see it Rose?" Said Drat.
"It better you didn't see it clearly, since I am sure you will be shocked. All I could said it luxurious, if it got antique or other room decorations. I am sure I'll think it a noble house, and one that created for a long time." Explain Rose.
"The floor is really smooth but cold. Charavgi what did you made the flooring from?" Ask Liefa
"Aaa, it a stone from magic."

"I used wind magic to shaved and polished it."

Let's said that normal wind cutter took 100 mana, but your wind cutter from before took 1000 mana for it precision. Then that mean you need 100 int for casting it once. It rare for someone with that kind of int to be a craftman, they usually become a Magician, enchanter, enhancer or alchemist."

"Enhancer is those that engraving magic on item. Usually advance blacksmith is also an enhancer. They're those being called magic engineer."
"Ah... So those light on your house is..."
"Yes, magic item made from mana stone that being enhanced with lightening magic."

"From monster of course, even goblin got those. It small tho, but if it only for lightening magic it can hold on for 2 months."

I am depressed when I heard those. Didn't I just disposed their body without checking it. Why didn't I remember about those? In every novel those monster got mana stone.
"Why are you depressed suddenly?" Ask Drat.
"I just disposed 5 goblin bodies without taking their mana stone."
"You did? When?" Ask Glen.
"When I secure the wooden board."
"Gahahaha, see common sense didn't work for him." Klein pour salt on my wound. While Liefa smile wryly. Afterwards we took few mana stone from Klein house which already got lightening magic. With that we put it on the house, and rest for the days in the new house.
