Most of the items that Yu Qi needed to bring with her to Starlight University had already been meticulously packed away by Grandpa Tang. Her grandfather had been incredibly fussy and overly protective about exactly what essentials she should take to the university, wanting to ensure she lacked nothing. Because of his fussiness, she only had to personally pack her own clothes and a few of her private daily necessities.
She also made sure to pack a small bag of supplies for Aoi. Even though she knew perfectly well that it was not strictly necessary, since everything her mystical pet could ever need was already safely stored inside her space, she figured it was vastly better to bring some physical items for him anyway. Otherwise, if anyone saw her with a dog but no pet supplies, they might easily suspect that something strange was going on.
