Tien Shinhan with his four arms tehnique, are trying to overwhelmed Goku with the number of his arm and also his speed. But Goku are perfectly going toe to toe with Tien Shinhan and when Tien Shinhan is using four arm, Goku have six arm by copying the moves of king Chapa the contestant Goku beat in the elimination match. So Tien Shinhan who physically much more weaker than Goku right now are push back by a kid who was younger than him.
"Ohook!" Tien Shinhan are spitting out a blood from his mouth, because Goku punch are hitting him so hard. "Urrgh to think I would lose in the punch contest againts a kid who was smaller and younger than me! This is something I cannot accept at all! But I admit, in terms of basic strength you are stronger than me! But I still more faster than you!"
Tien Shinhan are disappear from the places he was standing and then reappear in front of Goku placing his hands close to the center of his face with the fingers spread toward his eyes. And then said; "Solar Flare!"

Tien Shinhan are trying to use this moves to blind Goku eyes and then hit Goku. But outside of his expectation, Goku are catching his fist and then kick Tien Shinhan right in the stomach. Making Tien Shinhan kneeling down in the floor while touching his stomach.

Goku words are making Kamesennin and Kuririn jaws dropped. Because Goku behaviour are quite different from the Goku they knew. Usually Goku are a naive and stupid little boy. But the current Goku are more wise and mature than he usually is.

*In manga the name of the moves are Tri Blast Cannon but in the other media Tri Beam Attack.
A yellow Ki beam are appear from Tien arms, and about to
hit Goku body.
Mutenroshi faces look paled when he saw Tien are using the Tri Blast Cannon, because the Tri Blast Cannon are the forbidden tehnique created by Mutaito his teacher. And even though Mutenroshi also able to use the Tri Blast Cannon, he won't using it, except in a direct situation. He even never teaching it to his student. Because Tri Blast Cannon are a dangerous move that can kill the user if the user did not have enough control over the moves.

Goku look calm even when the Ki blast is about to hit his body. Because Goku knew, even though the attack are strong. But Goku are having a pefect counter for the Tri Blast Cannon. Goku spreading out his Ki troughout his body and enveloping his body in a Ki coocon that protect his body from any attack.
The Tri Blast Cannon are hitting Goku perfectly and making the arena disappear because of ut destruction capabilities are really potent. But even though the arena is disappear, but the part of the arena where Goku standing is still intact. And Goku did not look hurt anywhere.
Tien Shinhan jaws dropped once again when he saw Goku are still okay after he using an attack that almost use all of his Ki reserve.
And when he was careless because of the shock, Goku are using this momentum to jump high to the sky to where Tien Shinhan are floating. Goku are hitting Tien Shinhan in the faces using his right fist and making Tien Shinhan body fell down to the ground and landed outside the arena. While Goku himself are landing in the part of the arena who still intact.
"Oooh Tien Shinhan are fell down outside of the arena and Goku are still standing inside the arena! With this the winner of 22Nd Tenka Ichi Budokai are Son Goku the student of the strongest human under the heaven, Mutenroshi! Congratulations for Goku in winning the competition after last years he only become a runner up!"
