"In learning Martial Arts there are a level that must to passess in order to reach a new height, the first step was the entry level the lowest level of every people who want to become a Martial Artist. A lot of people in the martial arts world are on this level and cannot go beyond this level because lack of training, talent and also a chances.
The second phase of martial arts are the Master level, in this level a human can do a lot of thing beyond ordinary and can be said reaching the peak of humanity in terms of strength. Not a lot of human can reach this level because to reach this level a human must to push their strength to it limits. But sadly human power are limited by the limiter of their brain, and only a few lucky or talented people who can break the limiter of human brain. Goku you and all the student of mine are at this level.
The third phase are a grandmaster level, somone who reach this level are very few. Because in this level a human can easily controlling their Ki, shaping it and using it freely. Can read mind, using telekinesis, and a lot of supernatural thing. To reach this level a human at Master level must to train controlling their Ki to the max.
The Fourth phase was the Great Grandmaster level, in this level a martial artist are strong enough to destroy a mountain, island, city and even a continent. This is my level two hundred years ago.
The fifth level are half step into Fusion with nature, a martial artist in this level are preparing their self to reach the sixth phase by trying to combining their Ki with the Ki from nature. I was at this level when you are coming to learn martial arts from me.
The sixth phase are the Fusion with Nature, my current level. A Martial artist at this stage are have limitless lifespan and stamina, cannot grow old, and cannot got sick plus a lot of supernatural ability. The martial artist at this level can still be killed even though will be very hard considering their natural healing ability. In this level a Martial artist are can easily destroy a planet, solar sytem, and galaxy. In the peak ot this level the martial arts even can destroy a dimension, plus attacking and avoiding automaticly without thinking.
The final phase was back to the Truth stage, this is the level of every martial arts want to reach. The pinnacle of martial arts, the martial arts of this level can be considered of godly and almost can do anything expect creating life or raise the dead. From what I heard from my Master three hundred years ago only one being in the world who reach the peak of this level and my Master call that people the Grand Priest.
That was the seven level of martial arts, that symbolized seven days of the weeks. Seven days of creation and the seven level of the Heaven."

Mutenroshi explanation are made Goku, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan and Kuririn feel awe. They never heard about the seven level martial arts and what kind of thing they can do with every level the martial artist can reach.
"Of course there are an exception for a people between this level. The prime example is you Goku, even though you are at the peak Master level your Ki and physical strength are on par with someone at the low Great Grandmaster level. It was the advantage of your Saiyan heritage, but sadly even though your power are great but your martial insight was not good enough. So it will be hard for you to maximize your strength.
So after the Tenka Ichi Budokai was ended, I hope you focusing your training in controlling your Ki to reach the Grandmaster level as soon as possible. With your talent I think five years you can reach it! But remember this become a Martial arts Cultivator are againts the laws of Nature so when you try to go beyond the Master level you better be careful with the punishment from the nature!"
Mutenroshi words made Goku feel determined to reach the highest level of martial arts. But he didn't want to made Back to the Truth realm as his goal. Because Goku knew that if he spending his time too much training and Cultivating martial arts, it will hindering his other responsibility.
If he was still the stupid and naive Goku then maybe he was okay in training all the time. But currently Goku was Bulma fiancee and also Bulma assistant. He have a lot of responsibility and also job, Goku didn't want to wasting his time for useless thing.

Shirou who heard about the seven level of Martial way are shock that there are seven different level for Martial artist from the lowest to the highest. And the one who reach the highest level can become a godlike entity.
