Gazing at the gibbous moon through the hazy night sky, Black Bell's tail involuntarily swayed back and forth. Sensing its friend's unease, the little white cat beside it meowed worriedly and rubbed its face against Black Bell's, helping to groom its fur.
Black Bell stretched out its paw to push the little white cat away and meowed twice. The little white cat hummed dejectedly and walked away towards Dormitory No. 3.
Watching the little white cat disappear from view, Black Bell looked up at the moon again, then sprang out of the bushes. Coiling its body, it leaped straight up two meters high like a spring, landing steadily on the first-floor windowsill of the dormitory building.
Then, Black Bell repeated the trick, hopping and jumping from one windowsill to an air conditioning unit and back to the windowsill, climbing upwards with agility akin to an assassin.
