After a week :
As planned both the families met the astrologer and the date was decided as 7th May. Shanvi's family wanted the date to be postponed as they believe they required more time to prepare for the wedding. But Mr & Mrs. Arora assured them that they will manage and seems they are in a rush
Mrs. Arora said " I want my daughter-in-law to come to my home soon as you know Parmish lives in Chandigarh and We live in Patiala, So it's really not favorable for me to manage both households, And this child of mine is really careless, I want Shanvi to take her responsibilities as soon as possible. They decide to went to the nearby cafe to have some tea and decide on some important details according to the Indian Rituals.
During the tea, Mr. Arora was first hesitant but after some under-table pinch from Mrs. Arora, he said "We don't want a dowry, but we hope you could take care of our guest well. Parmish is our first child and we hope you can organize a good arrangement for the guest." Mrs. Arora cut him in between and said " And also we will give you the list for Milani (read author comment to know about this word), We don't want jewelry but we have a face to maintain in the society. " She concluded.
Mr. Verma gave the couple a polite smile and said " Shanvi is our only daughter we will try our best to achieve your expectations"

When Mr. and Mrs. Verma reached home after a cup of tea they told Shanti and her brother about the marriage date.
Viraj nodded in agreement and said, " Dad, I will contact the caterers and marriage hall tomorrow itself, and let's visit some venues as well also Let's go to gurudwara to ask for the permission of marriage."
