Inside the factory, it was eerily silent. He Zhen and the others walked cautiously all the way to the door, but didn't encounter any surprises. Looking inside from the doorway, there wasn't a single human shadow in sight. The entrance still had traces of blood and water stains mixed together, but apart from that, there were no other traces.
"It seems... they're planning an ambush inside," He Zhen said in a low voice. Someone beside him was trembling slightly; noticing this, he suddenly frowned and whispered, "Stop overthinking! You should all stop worrying about saving your own lives. You've seen it—that kind of thinking only gets you killed faster. Now, we can only brace ourselves and charge in; it's the only chance we have for survival. Don't think too highly of our opponents. We once cleared out a town—why can't we clean out a factory now? We've grown too complacent. Facing a little trouble now makes us hesitate..."
