"Hmph." Dylan folded his arms across his chest again and looked at Nathan and Joe like a seasoned businessman negotiating an asset acquisition.
"You complain about having no opportunities and blamed the nobles for your miserable lives," Dylan began, his voice calm, persuasive, and commanding. "But you're looking at your own potential all wrong."
Nathan scoffed, turning his face away toward the darkness of the trees, though his shoulders twitched with restless frustration. "What do you know about our potential? Are you belittling us?! You're a monster who crushed the three of us!"
