"Does your company hire pregnant women?" Jasmine Yale's face is pale, and she smiles faintly.
"Of course, it's not a problem," the assistant is surprised she asks such a question. "As long as you have talent and skills, our company will hire you. There's absolutely no discrimination, nor any favoritism."
Jasmine Yale smiles.
It was his style.
The Cheney Family reached where it was back then because of his ability to employ people, his firm attitude, and his tough methods.
And now, his character hasn't changed—always noble and indifferent.
"Since there's no favoritism, I can't rely on it either," Jasmine Yale laughs.
The assistant chuckles, "If you think that way, it's fine. But I can tell you are quite skilled, having confidence in yourself. If ordinary people hear me say that, they'd be thrilled and hand over their resumes immediately. Although I don't have much power, being with the CEO every day means I can still say a word or two."
