Erin Janus's face was flushed, and she switched to a pair of flat shoes. As she looked up slightly at Sylvan Cheney, her eyes were filled with admiration and love.
She was wearing a low-cut dress, with her fair neckline and skin as white as snow.
It was an incredibly seductive color.
Especially... under the dim lights.
Erin moved closer to him, her eyes brimming with gentle affection.
"Erin, how many times do I have to tell you? I cannot accept you." Sylvan suppressed his anger.
"Fine... then let me ask you one question, and you must answer me, honestly." Erin said, unwilling to give up, pouting slightly as she looked at him, tipsy, "Compared to that pregnant woman, where do I lose? Is she more beautiful than me? Does she have a better family background or deeper connections than I do?"
"Erin, do you know what 'liking' means? Liking someone means that even though she has countless flaws in the eyes of others, in my eyes, she's perfect, understand?"
