The night is quiet, and she casually chats with him, feeling much more at ease.
"Did you just dream of me? I heard you calling my name." Sylvan Cheney looks down at her.
Jasmine Yale feels a bit embarrassed: "Yes, I dreamed of you. Dreamed that spring arrived, and we were out enjoying the greenery. Did I call your name?"
"Yes, you called several times."
"Then perhaps I was thinking of you." Jasmine snuggles up to him with a smile, "But I'm not that clingy. Missing you is one thing, if you don't work earnestly and do something that displeases me, then I won't be thinking of you."
Sylvan chuckles at her childish words and kisses her forehead lightly.
"You don't need to worry about me, I can take care of myself. You just need to handle your own affairs." Jasmine continues, "Don't worry about the baby either, he's just a bit too mischievous. Please don't rush back at night anymore, especially in the rain and cold."
"I worry about you." He furrows his brow.
