Ling Mingrui wants to achieve the greatest victory and control the Chen Family, so he can dominate all.
However, the other families do not wish to see this happen, thus they have other plans.
But they dare not express this outright and can only make moves in secret.
Lin Zeping thinks that Luo Ziling's bold tone today is related to this mentality.
Therefore, he feels quite unhappy about it but cannot show it.
Of course, Lin Zeping wants to gain enough benefits from this struggle.
He has a relatively calm nature and feels that no drastic action should be taken until things are clear.
Hence, he did not seek out Ling Mingrui or Ling Ruonan, and waited a few days before approaching Luo Ziling about the matter.
But his conversation with Luo Ziling left him somewhat unhappy and made him realize that things are far from as simple as he thought.
Ling Mingrui, Ling Ruonan, and Luo Ziling have ample confidence to topple and control the Chen Family.
