Guding landed steadily on the wall, less than a meter away from the gate.
Beside Ed, a guard captain drew his sword, ready to attack Guding, but Ed reached out to stop him.
"He's here to help!"
Though he himself didn't know why, Ed chose to trust Guding.
Standing at Guding's position, as a mage, if Guding chose to aid the Otherworldly Ghosts, he could easily destroy the iron lock on the gate. With the strength of those Corpse Ghosts, the Human Camp wouldn't be able to stop them.
Guding's gaze fell on the Corpse Ghosts below, and he pressed down with one hand towards them.
"Gravity Field, activate!"
As soon as his voice fell, the movement speed of the Corpse Ghosts within a diameter of about fifty meters suddenly slowed down.
"Flame Storm!"
Guding extended another hand, and a golden storm surged like a tide, sweeping across an area of over a hundred meters. Wherever it passed, the Corpse Ghosts were all ignited, each falling and turning to ashes.
