Squad A and B arrive on the second floor and they are shocked by Ballotta's body.

"I have 77 bullets and 5 grenades made by myself." His ammo is limited. He quickly glances at the guard's direction and bullets fly at his location. If he is 0.3s slower, he would get shot. Xiao is determined and holds his left mechanical arm as a shield and rushes at those guards. He runs through the smoke and runs into one guard. The mechanical arm hits the guard's belly. The guard loses more than half their health and spits out blood. He can't fight any more.
"Shoot! Shoot!" The rest guards react and shoot. In the shower of bullets, Xiao pushes the body of the half-dead guard as a shield. The other guards don't stop shooting and blood flies everywhere. With 'shield', Xiao is able to get close to those guards. His punches and kicks are deadly for them. He kills three people in a breath.
The living guards quickly step back to keep a distance. Xiao has to move, roll and block the bullets with the mechanical arm. The bullets hit the mechanical arm and its durability drops quickly. In the meantime, Xiao uses the right-hand pistol and shoots three guards dead. Suddenly, pain came from his arm and leg.

He needs a break and a grenade is thrown towards the guards. All alive guards lie down and the shots are paused for a while. "Boom~" Despite the pain in the eardrum, Xiao rushes towards those guards.
One minute later, all guards in squad C died. The price is 5 gunshot wounds. Xiao binds up the wounds right after the fight. He lost 110 health in the fight. Around one-third of his total health. After the existing battle, the health point will recover slowly.

Then he hides behind a table and gets the three submachine guns, which he takes from the body, ready with full magazines. In the meantime, he didn't stop shooting with a pistol to pretend the fight was still going on.
Noisy footsteps come closer and the door is kicked open. "Bang~" The explosion followed as expected and broken glass, stones and pieces flew everywhere along with a loud moan. Xiao takes two submachine guns and sneaks to the door and fires outside under the cover of smoke. The smoke blocks the view from both sides. Only the sounds of gunfire and people's moans could be heard. After Xiao shoots allthe bullets, a breathless silence occupies the field.
The standard way of break in is one people kick the door and others stand by aside. The other people in squad B is lucky to avoid the direct explosion but they are not quick enough to run away from the shooting.
Some kill notifications pop out on Xiao's panel. Squad B was nearly wiped out. There are three guards with one last breath see Xiao walks out of the smoke. They are shocked again. The dumb 'Zero' which they ignored all the time made a bomb trap and wiped out their squad?! Is he Zero? Three more shots, Xiao send them to heaven.
"Squad B, What is the explosion? What's going on?" The captain of squad A shouts through walkie-talkie. Xiao picks guns and shoots. He pretends to be panic and says "We suffer from ambush! Many casualties! Reinforcement please!" "Squad A is on its way!" The captain is shocked. And he leads the squad and run towards level -3. He feels unsettled as if he missed something. After squad A arrive at level -3, the captain suddenly realised something and stops the squad:"Attention! Zero might hack into our communication system already! From now on, follow my order only!" With captain's reminder, the guards realise the possibility that Zero could have the walkie-talkie. They didn't think of it as Zero is always shy and silent invisible in their mind. If Zero had the walkie-talkie and the info from the 'squad B' is wrong, the other people in the squad should point it out. But no one talked.
An unbelievable thought comes to captain's mind - both squads are wiped out?! He trembles. If so, Zero has killed half guards in the base by himself alone? He doesn't want to believe it but all clues lead to this conclusion. No matter how impossible it seems to be, it's the truth. Now he is certain that the 'Squad B guard' is Zero's trap to lure them to the lab. So Zero can go to the gate and escape.
The captain shouts "Squad D, How is the gate?" "No clue of the target." He relives. They can't follow Zero's plan. He is unconfident that they can kill Xiao with the force left. They have to notify Haila right away. "Squad A, go to the gate." He decides to gather all force to protect the gate and wait for the reinforcement from the organisation. This is the best way. Whatever Zero wants, he would die if he can't escape!
