|Basic refinement| grants the ability to refine and purify materials and raises the quality and level of material. In the future, machinists could learn |Micromolecular refinement| which grants the ability to change and shape the materials with stamina. The materials are rated with their qualities and rarity like equipment. Better materials always have higher value. For example, a common raw material - stone iron worths $13 per pound. It can be refined into black stone iron which worths $45 per pound.
|Overload|: an active ability, consumes stamina to raise 30-50% power of the machine. This is an outburst ability which consumes a great amount of stamina quickly. Take the light-powered arm for example, once |overload| is activated, the attack and defence will raise 30-50% but it can only last for 10 s with Xiao's 120 stamina.
Finally, an active ability! Xiao is excited, the active ability is rare for low class machinist. If he had this ability when he escaped from the Sprout base, it would be much easier.
|Robot - Ranger|, a common robot blueprint. Ranger is a multifunctional basic robot which can be modified with other equipment and weapons. This compatibility grants Ranger the possibility to fight, explore, defence and even self-destruction. It is useful but mediocre. Xiao knows that many guilders in the game use Ranger robots to explore or mine.

Qian walks to the man and smiles, "Hi, what stuff do you want to fix?"
"My car is broken near the corner." The man's eye passes Qian and looks at Xiao.
"No problem." Qian takes the toolkit and is about to go out. The man points at Xiao and says, "I want this young man to help me." Qian is absent-minded of the request and gets upset. Do I look like a green hand? This is sexism! "Sure, I will go." Xiao takes the kit from Qian's hand and follows the man to the corner. An old car is parked there.
"This is it."
Xiao opens the front cover and takes a look inside. Then he takes out the tools from the kit and starts fixing. The man leans against the car and wants a conversation, "Young man, how old are you?" "I am thirty."
