When the Primordial Beast Nidhogg has been confirmed to have been killed, all of the beings that are in Alfheim cheered. The elves that were basically fighting for their home were all crying in relief that they did not need to escape. Neo Alfheim has been rebuilt when the first world tree died and they knew that they cannot rebuild it again if this world tree died.
When the cheers from players and NPCs alike have started to sound, the current ruler of Neo Alfheim has started to descend to them. Anastacia could be seen descending a large leaf platform with Levin Cloud and Mariposa. The ruler of Neo Alfheim is Anastacia but she never expected that the place would expand to such a degree.
