While Ruination and THE Infiniverse began their task of compacting and hiding THE Infiniverse from beings infinitely more powerful, Noah took a look at himself.
He was thinking about the Scales of Existence and his own power.
Vakochev's Scales.
They didn't only seem like someone else's blueprint of what power was across all of existence. They felt like a proposed structure of how things should be that someone had managed to get their name on, influencing what the system of power was for everything that existed. For something like this, Noah could look at Vakochev and say they had accomplished something grand.
To impose their vision of what the system of power should be for all of existence, Vakochev had to be someone unique.
