Chapter 1 - 3 years ago

The Lee mansion had never been so silent.

Everyone was sick with worry. Young Master Jimmy Lee was missing.

In the control room, Tae Yang's voice cut through the panic. "Stay alert, everyone. I want to know where is young master Lee. Find him. Now."

Daniel's hands were shaking over the keyboard. "We searched the whole city, sir. His friends' houses. Nothing."

"Then scan him," Tae Yang ordered. "Use his IDs."

"Ready, sir," Daniel and the security team replied in unison.

Then the phone rang. Unknown number.

Tae Yang picked up. "This is Lee Enterprises. What do you want?"

A distorted voice laughed. "We want $10 million within one hour. Say no, and we will kill the future heir of the Lee family."

Click. The call cut.

The room froze — but not just because of the threat.

"Did you finish tracking?" Tae Yang asked.

Daniel swallowed. "Yes, sir. We got the location... but we have a problem."

"What?"

Daniel turned the second monitor. Another red dot. From the same kidnappers' location.

It was Aara.

Tae Yang's eyes widened. "Get ready. We have to save both heirs of the Lee family. Now!"

Daniel and his men rushed out. But they were already too late.

Because Kim Aara Lee was already there.

She arrived on her black bike, dust rising behind her, her ponytail whipping in the wind. The kidnappers stared — then burst into laughter when they saw a little teenage girl.

"I'm here to fight," Aara said coolly. "Why are you wasting my time?"

"Fight? Who are you?" one scoffed.

"Why do you want details about me?" she tilted her head. "Do you want extra money after I injure you?"

From the chair where he was tied, Jimmy shouted, "Don't underestimate her! I'm older than her, but she got her black belt when she was 15!"

The leader grinned. "So you're the daughter of Lee... Not bad. We hit the jackpot now."

Jimmy looked at his sister, suddenly serious. "Aara, why are you here? When did you come back from London?"

"Oppa, do you think it's easy to find this place?" Aara sighed. "Why didn't you even call me?"

"Aara, don't joke. Get out of here, it's dangerous!"

"They are nothing," she said, rolling her shoulders. "Give me 10 minutes."

"You talk too much!" The kidnappers charged. "Catch her!"

Five fighters ran at her at once.

But Aara was not an easy girl.

A kick. A punch. A perfect spin. Like lightning, she brought them down one by one.

"I thought you guys would be difficult," she dusted her hands. "But you're all chickens."

Ten minutes later, Daniel and the security team stormed in — only to find the kidnappers tied up on the floor.

Aara looked up. "You guys are late."

Daniel bowed deeply. "We are sorry, young miss."

Aara quickly called Tae Yang. "Uncle, I already caught them. Send the police."

When Tae Yang arrived, his face was pale with relief and anger. "Aara! Don't ever do this again! What if something happened to you? Why didn't you inform us you were in Korea?"

Jimmy chuckled. "She's not going to listen to you."

"Don't worry about me, uncle," Aara said, picking up her helmet. "I'll take care of myself."

"Aara, come with us—"

But she was already on her bike, gone without another word.

Tae Yang sighed. "It's been 4 years... nothing changed in her."

Jimmy smiled, watching the road. "Let's go and welcome her home."
