"Damn!" Pei Yuanchen couldn't help but curse, reaching out to tug at his tie.
The drug's effect took hold quickly, but fortunately, he still held onto his sanity.
Across from him, Claudia extended a hand from the table.
"Miss Aister," Pei Yuanchen spoke hoarsely, "You wouldn't be so easily controlled by the drug's effect, would you?"
Claudia's fingers clenched, her throat suppressing some desire: "You may be unrefined, but you are better than those burly bodyguards. I have no other choice."
"Too bad, I won't touch you no matter what." Pei Yuanchen sneered, "Even if I lost control and something happened between us, I would only feel disgusted."
"You..." Claudia trembled with anger.
"Resolve it yourself, Miss Aister," Pei Yuanchen said as he stood up, ready to leave the restaurant.
But the woman's slippery hand grabbed his wrist.
"I am the esteemed daughter of the Aister Family. Could I possibly humiliate you?" Claudia's voice trembled, "Don't push your luck!"
