The owner of this courtyard was just an ordinary adventurer of the Immortal Charm realm. Recently, the property prices in Hongmeng City fluctuated like a roller coaster, making him very uneasy. Unable to bear it, he decided to list the courtyard for sale in hopes of minimizing his losses. However, there was no interest from buyers. Only last night did he retract the for-sale sign, having come to the realization that, since it's his only residence, the price wouldn't matter as it's for personal use.
The original owner didn't expect that barely half a day after he removed the for-sale sign, someone would come asking to buy the courtyard.
He had already decided not to sell, having changed his mind previously, so when someone came knocking, he wasn't easily swayed.
