At first he think that Kyousuke was like his other victim who was blinded by greed and didn't know that for every little thing in this world there was a prices that must to pay. Hiko Seijuro XIII having a very bad feeling today that a monster has just born. Hiko knew that he cannot ask Touma to beat the monster that has just been born. Because he already giving Touma a lot of trouble so he want Touma atleast having a time to take a break from a trouble sometimes. Because Touma already facing too much problem for the last six month.
