The fuel had an astonishingly short shelf life.
That was the best way Torch could explain it. If the fuel sat around for too long it would grow unstable. If it detected any ongoing nearby spells, or anything that would require mana, it would burst out of its canister.
"Why am I being tested like this?", Torch stared at the mess utterly heartbroken.
Fixing the issue wasn't going to be a problem, not at all. This was just a minor oversight. The easiest way to fix this problem would be to coat the canisters in anti-mana material. That material would prevent the liquid mana from sensing anything outside of the canister, moreover the mana would constantly avoid the material causing it to swirl about inside of the canister.
The problem was the utter loss in time!
