Throughout the experienced days in the dreams, and throughout the hours outside of them, Gear had his Seer eyes activated the whole time. Not once did they stop. The moment they stopped he'd lose his one advantage in dreams.
Without the Seer ability, Gear would not know the best way to wake the dreamers.
"I'm looking right at you.", Gear told Tilia.
"No, you haven't been looking at anyone for a while now. Why do you think I keep checking on you?"
To others Gear's eyes were extremely cloudy. Whenever he spoke with someone he stared off into the distance, not maintaining eye contact. Even if he looked at someone his eyes never focused. As if he was looking right through them instead.
