Torch pointed and ordered as he organized the last of the waking. Akiol chatted briefly with Givale and Mira to ensure they hadn't suffered within the dream, and then worked to understand the situation from Kan'na and the others.
"So Gear did all of this?", Akiol looked impressed, "He's really grown hasn't he?"
"You're telling me.", Kan'na thoroughly studied her projected magic circle, "That leaves two more before we execute this plan. Any problems you've thought of?"
"Any theories as to why Torch and I weren't immediately affected?"
"Minds.", Kan'na answered while pointed to her head, "Or in our case brains. It was targeting that specifically. Despite the difference in races on this expedition we all have a brain. Except you and Torch. You're a slime, and he's purely mechanical."
