Deeply exhaling, a young man paced back and forth inside the empty study. His waist-length air flowed behind him like a cape of silver. The youth closed his eyes uncomfortably as his thoughts began to consume him.
Ah, good thing the others left. It would be embarrassing for someone to see him so nervous, anxious. He'd be unable to focus throughout the whole day. His mentors left to see through the 'red feather', transported to the Aether Vaults. Hadrian brought back the demon remnant to be studied. Perhaps, there would be some secrets to unravel that would help them get an advantage against the red demon armies.
And Hadrian... would come back to him.
"But what is taking him so long?" The youth frowned deeply.

Moulin stopped and turned his head towards the little snow-white fox, sitting on the bed and tilting its round head. Snow's beady eyes sparkled as his ears perked up. Moulin's brows are drawn together in confusion.
