I was sitting on my chair and apprehensively checking some files. But a doubt struck my mind. Why did Noah ask for Alex's number? Is something going on between those two? Should I ask Noah later?
Ugghh, these files are so boring to even look at! I am constantly yawning. How am I gonna finish it alone? But it's true that I feel so peaceful today without Mr. Ri!
(Doorknock)
I was a bit agitated as my peace of mind was perturbed. I looked up and stared at the door.
To my surprise, Mr. Ri walked in with a small grin on his pale face. He indeed looked unwell!
"Why are you here?" I inquired him sharply with my frown face. He was not supposed to come today!
"I was worried for you, ma'am. And if Mr. Kim knows about my leave, I will be dead meat!" He replied to me very coldly while lowering his anxious eyes. So that's why he is here because he is afraid of dad! Damn, what kind of awful reputation he has among his employees?
