Several days passed after the discovery of the Element of Shadows.
Kyoko and Satoko were in their normal days in high school, well not so much. Satoko wasn't getting used to her Element yet. It seemed like she wasn't falling asleep because of that either. During the break, Satoko remembers what Renji said to her when he was getting used to his Element so she asked Kyoko how she could handle hers and what she replied was: "I just got used to it." Satoko is disappointed with the answer.
Hours later, classes were over and it was time to go home. Satoko notices something strange since she saw detained people and other things without moving, time had stopped as if nothing had happened. Then Renji appears in the middle of them, typical for one who controls Time. The two were obviously scared but the point is that Renji brings information about a supposed Element that was in Gunma, Tomioka. According to the data, that element is already being carried by someone, several facts were recorded that some sick or injured people were cured out of nowhere by that carrier.
Kyoko excited but Satoko suspicious, asks Renji now where he got this kind of information from. Satoko knew that Renji works for The Empire but she wanted to know if he was a trustworthy person. Renji already responds with Satoko's suspicions, he replies that he had gotten it from a reliable source. Satoko leaves him as things are and agrees to go on the search. On the weekend they would set out for Tomioka to find the Element Bearer.
In time for departure, they catch a train to Tomioka. The place was beautiful both its landscapes and its monuments that were found. They finally arrive at a station. The search begins but the next problem was where exactly were they going to look for the bearer. Kyoko and Satoko weren't expecting that. In the information, Renji had he was not fully informed so not much could be said.
They kept looking in every corner of the city of Tomioka until they came to a natural museum. Kyoko wanted to stop and go there as a break for everyone, Renji refused and wanted to continue with the search for the bearer. Satoko goes with Kyoko as she also wanted a break. Renji with indignation tries with what they told him. They enter the museum, they entertain themselves for a while with what was inside until Renji for a step goes to the bathroom, while Kyoko and Satoko continue on their way.
They come to an animal area in the museum, they stare at a group of wild animals. Beside them was a green-haired girl in a long dress. Kyoko seemed to admire those animals she saw, that's when the girl next door notices the enthusiasm in her and asks Kyoko if she liked animals. Kyoko answers yes, she loves all kinds of animals. The green-haired girl shows a smile upon hearing that response from Kyoko. Renji returns, warns Kyoko and Satoko to continue the search. They say goodbye to the girl in the long dress and arrive at the museum exit.
