Dear Readers,
It's been nearly a year since I could write and post properly, maybe even longer if you are the type who notices these things. The second half of last year was my darkest hour — the kind of hour that dragged on without any end in sight. Many things changed from the time my youngest was diagnosed with his lifelong medical condition. It took a while for all of us to readjust to our new normal.
But I never forgot about Sam's story. I missed writing it. I often reread it, sometimes in my most exhausted and lonely moments. It brought me a lot of comfort (but it is my book, so I'm naturally biased).
Anyway, it was while reading that it struck me once again how many typos my dear readers have graciously tolerated. There were also some minor inconsistencies that bugged me — like how Sam's Science teacher in Week 1 was Mr. Logan, but we all know her Science teacher is a certain Mrs. Dawson.
I want to relive all of Sam's adventures with you again. Honestly, running with you made the journey infinitely more special, and I consider meeting you through this webnovel a blessing.
Thank you for being Sam's cheerleaders, and for running with Sam all these years. So if you have the time, let's do it all over again!
Sam's Rebooted Diary — Diary of a Teenage Alpha (Revised) — launches today and will update daily.
I'm back. ❤️
Love,
Katisnow.
PS. I noticed the power stones that you still leave for Sam. Thank you for not giving up on me.
