"Dana!?"
Dana stood outside her door with tears streaming down her cheeks.
"What happened?" she asked, looking in the hallway for Wang Wei.
She didn't say anything. She entered the room, took off her shoes and went to her bed. She removed her dress, opened the closet to look for a bathrobe. She put it on and climbed on the bed.
She stood motionless in the middle of her room, watching Dana slip under the cover of her bed. She was itching to pick up her phone and call Wang Wei.
But didn't do it when her room was filled by Dana's bawling. She took a deep breath and climbed into bed as well. She picked up the book she was reading and opened it to the page where she put her bookmark.
She stared at the bookmark she was using. It's an old polaroid photo of Dana, Ellise, and Jess. The photo was taken in her old apartment in Tokyo. Seeing Dana in the photo, grinning like an idiot, showing her tongue that turned into blue from eating some colored chewing gum.
