They reached the Primeape tribe in the early morning. Seeing the state of Axel and the team, the leader of the Primeape tribe was shocked and concerned. The leader also welcomed the Bisharp tribe members with open arms.
Axel began to tell the story of his journey. All of his Pokemon were with him, including the leader of the Primeape tribe.
"…. Fortunately, Oni and its tribe members arrived. We were going to die yesterday."
Yesterday's event had also opened Axel's eyes. This place was too dangerous. He didn't have his main Pokemon right now. So, he decided to train himself and his Pokemon to a respected level before venturing out of the tribe's premises.
After the initial discussion, finally, Oni got to meet Axel's Bisharp. Axel didn't know why Oni wanted to meet it. It had met Bisharp before.
Oni moved around it, looking at its stance and position. How it stood and how it moved? This was very confusing for Axel, but he didn't disturb it. He knew that Oni meant no harm.
Oni's mission was to find the chosen one, and it believed that this Bisharp was the one. It was not only its instinct, but except for having the dual cores, all of the things matched with it.
He who will be born in a different realm,- Bisharp was from the main world
Separated and never seen his kin,- Oni already knew that Bisharp didn't see its parents. It was born in a day care
He will be trained under an entity far different from a Pokemon,- Axel was the one who trained it.
The gambit will attain the unimaginable power of both dark arts and will have the body of steel.- This was the only one that Bisharp had not fulfilled it.
He will carry the lineage of the tribe and guide it to salvation after the destruction.
Care for him, respect him, and nurture him, for he will be the first gambit to be recognized by the heavenly law.
After thinking about it for some time, Oni finally asked Axel, "Axel, do you have a way for Bisharp to have both of the cores?"
Axel was surprised by this question because it was very unusual. Except for him, there was no Pokemon or any human who could guarantee having dual cores without any problem.
It was not that they could not do it, but the chances of success were less than 1%. So no one attempted it.
But due to the system, his Bisharp could have both of the cores. When it reaches pseudo-king rank and evolves to Kingambit, it would have the qualification to have both of the cores.
"Yes, I have a way to do it, and Bisharp can do it, but first it will have to reach pseudo-king rank. Also, I can only do it for my Pokemon, not others. There are some restrictions involved."
Oni was not hearing Axel's long explanation. When Axel said that he could do it for his Bisharp, every sound ceased to exist for it. The only thing that came to its mind was the prophecy and the last words before its sister's death.
The feeling was overwhelming. It had finally found the chosen one. There was no doubt about it. Subconsciously, a knot that was binding it had become loose. For some reason, it felt relaxed and calm for the first time in many years, and then…
It began to glow. Its whole body began to glow in light grey light.
Axel could not figure out heads or tails of what was happening. Clearly, this was the glow of a promotion. But Oni had achieved its rank up just from Axel's answer. How did it even make any sense?
Still, there was no way to confirm it until Oni came out of the rank-up process. The Bisharp that came with it, surrounded it to protect it from any harm. They looked like the soldiers from hell. He knew that he could not get any information from them.
So, he waited.
Not only him, but the leader of the Primeape tribe also waited. Gorn, the leader of the Primeape tribe had mixed feelings. It was happy that its ally was getting stronger. Pseudo-champion rank was a big thing. But it was still worried about the consequences of having to face a potential enemy in the future.
Ally could quickly turn into enemies in this realm. This was the real world, not some story. Its mind was racing on how to make its tribe stronger. The most important thing that it was worried about Axel.
Axel had been a boon to its tribe. Due to Axel and his team, they were starting to rise. So, what if Axel decided to side with the Bisharp tribe? They were the ones who had saved him, unlike its tribe, who had no knowledge about it.
The rank up process took unusually long. It had been 30 minutes, and they were still waiting. The glow was getting shinier by the minute. Axel didn't know what was happening here. Something was unusual.
After a few minutes, Axel felt a primal aura coming from Oni. The whole ground began to shake for some reason and then…
BOOMMM
The aura of Oni exploded. Axel used all of his aura defense and started to back out. His Pokemon also started to move, and then he saw that everyone was starting to move out. Some of them had fainted flat out from the aura, including his own Bisharp. He could see Primeape carrying it back.
This went on for a few minutes, and suddenly, the aura disappeared. The glow from the rank had also disappeared, and for some reason, he felt that Oni was a lot stronger than a pseudo-champion rank Pokemon.
It took him a few seconds to get his bearings. He saw that the ground had cracked in multiple places, and when he used 'Aura sense' to see what was happening, he was shocked.
Shock might not describe what he was feeling right now. It was far greater than shock. Oni had ranked up from king rank to master rank. It had directly skipped 3 ranks and 9 tiers and directly reached master rank!!!
How the hell was this possible? None of his knowledge could describe this change.
The only reason he could confirm that it had reached master rank was that he had felt that aura of Oak's Charizard. He was feeling the same suppression right now. It was not only the suppression of its aura. He felt that this was the suppression directly in his own bloodline.
It took some minutes, and finally, Oni seemed to have controlled its aura. Now, it felt like a normal king rank Pokemon.
The Bisharp tribe members who came with it started to celebrate this occasion. Of course, it was a celebration for them.
But the leader of the Primeape tribe was not feeling the same. It could not describe how such a thing had happened. There was just no logical explanation.
When things finally calmed down, Axel went near Oni and asked, "Can you explain to me how you ranked up directly to master rank?"
"Haha, actually, I was a champion rank before. My powers were sealed by my late sister, and now it looked like all of my powers and aura had been unlocked. Even I am surprised that I ranked to master rank."
Oni started to explain its history. From where they came from, its sister and also the prophecy. It also said about how its sister sacrificed itself for Oni and the tribe members.
"I realized that your Bisharp matched everything in the prophecy except for having a dual core. When you said that your Bisharp could have a dual core, something in me snapped."
"So, you are saying that my Bisharp will lead your tribe to salvation, and what does it mean when it says that it will be recognized by the heavenly law?", asked Axel.
"That I don't know, but yes, as per the prophecy, your Bisharp will lead my tribe to salvation.
I propose to personally train your Bisharp. I promise that I will make it the most powerful Bisharp in this whole realm."
Axel was naturally delighted that his Bisharp would be trained by a master rank Pokemon, but he didn't want it to have full training control over his Bisharp. He also had some vision and expectation of how the training would go.
So, after a brief discussion, they agreed that they would both train Bisharp. Bisharp didn't have any problem with it. It was actually happy with the arrangement. It just wanted to get stronger as soon as possible.
Oni proposed that it would take Bisharp to its tribe to train and asked Axel to come with it, but Axel declined. Axel had been with Primeape, and it didn't want to change sides.
Gorn was relieved after hearing Axel's decision.
"I need to be around Bisharp to train it. So, there is only one thing we can do. We will annihilate the Snorlax tribe and take over that place."
Axel was shocked by Oni's decision. The Snorlax tribe was the nearest tribe to Primeape. The Primeape tribe didn't have any rivalry with the tribe, so neither of the tribes fought. Also, the Snorlax tribe didn't prefer meat. They were very relaxed and lazy.
Axel was surprised that Oni was going to go to such lengths to teach his Bisharp.
The next day, Oni, with its army, went to the gate of the Snorlax tribe. Axel also went to see the spectacle.
Oni called for the leader to come out, and the leader of the Snorlax tribe came out to meet with it. The Snorlax tribe was one of the strongest tribes of the area, but its leader was only a pseudo-champion rank Pokemon who was far weaker than Oni.
"I have decided to take over the place where you are staying. Now, you can fight for it or die, or you can live somewhere else. I don't want to annihilate an entire tribe for this because I know how it feels. So, the decision is yours.", said Oni.
Surprisingly, the Snorlax tribe decided to relocate to a different place. They didn't want to face a master rank Pokemon. The leader of the Snorlax tribe was very intelligent. It didn't want itself and its tribe to die due to its arrogance.
The move was swift. Within a week, all the necessary equipments and other necessary things were transferred to the Snorlax tribe, and the Snorlax tribe decided to stay where the Bisharp tribe was staying before. Oni didn't have any problem with it.
Oni and Axel decided to discuss the training of his Bisharp.
"Bisharp, from today your name will be Jishnu, which means conqueror.", announced Axel.
Since there were a lot of Bisharp near him, it would be difficult to have a conversation without a proper name. Axel hoped that his Bisharp, aka Jishnu would conquer everything in its path in the future.
And just like that, the training of Jishnu the Bisharp started in full-fledged.
