FADE IN
EXT. TOWN
RYAN, JARED, CHARLES, NICK and AUSTIN are sweeping through the TOWN, kicking in doors to abandoned buildings, clearing out SCHOOLS, OFFICES, everywhere they can get too within TUCSON as the SUN steadily went down.
RYAN comes out of a BUILDING with his head hung low as NICK grabs him by his head and pulls him into him as RYAN seems to be breaking down, NICK looking around as CHARLES looks sullen as JARED and AUSTIN look about as they scan about.
JARED
Come' on let's check over here.
JARED heads off as AUSTIN follows, CHARLES scanning on his WRIST HELD COMPUTER as NICK pulls RYAN away.
NICK
Look at me bro. It's going to be alright man. Okay? We're going to find her.
RYAN nods as NICK grabs his SHOTGUN and leads him over towards CHARLES.
CHARLES
I'm not getting any spectral readings, so for some reason they are able to hide their presence...
JARED

The THREE run off towards JARED and AUSTIN who step aside as RYAN looks in to see THREE DEAD CLERGYMEN.
RYAN

The FIVE turns to see the LOOMING CHURCH not that far off from their position.
RYAN

Maybe we should think about this...

We're wasting time! Let's go in and waste these fucking SLASHERS
RYAN heads off as the others hurry off after him as The CHURCH seems to be beckoning them.
EXT. CHURCH
RYAN and NICK go on either side of the DOOR as RYAN raises his .45, NICK holding up his SHOTGUN as CHARLES checks the schematics.
CHARLES
I've got limited activity...something is going on.
JARED
Well lets crash the fucking party!
JARED comes up and kicks the door in.
INT. CHURCH
The FIVE storm in as ZOMBIES, VAMPIRES and WEREWOLVES turn to them, RYAN not wasting time as he opens fire, killing TWO VAMPIRES as JARED and NICK unload on their SHOTGUNS, AUSTIN firing from twin 9MM as CHARLES was FIRING RANDOMLY with his SUB MACHINE GUN.
The MONSTERS are hit with a barrage of specialized bullets, RYAN watching as the forces were dwindling and the sight of the ALTAR was being shown.
RYAN runs and fires his shots into the LAST FEW VAMPIRES as NICK fires and drops another ZOMBIE.
RYAN ran as VICKY was strapped down to a MAKESHIFT CUE.
VICKY
RYAN?!
RYAN
VICKY stay quiet I'm going to...
FRANKIE
She won't be going anywhere.
FRANKIE appears from behind RYAN but RYAN turns and plugs her three times in the skull. FRANKIE dropping as SHANE appears behind VICKY near the CUE.
SHANE
She is needed to open the GATE...
NICK takes aim and fires, hitting SHANE in the chest, SHANE rocking but not budging as AUSTIN takes aim and fires a few times, just as CHARLES and JARED do as well, SHANE rocking as RYAN aims and fires the last shot into SHANE'S HEAD.
SHANE falls over as RYAN aims at the SHACKLES and VICKY turns her head as RYAN blows it off, NICK coming up as he fires the other one off of VICKY'S ARM, VICKY sitting up as RYAN looks about as he tries to find a way to unbind her legs.
RYAN

RYAN turns as FRANKIE is behind him, FRANKIE backhanding him across the AISLE as RYAN hits a few PEWS which splinter upon his impact, JARED runs up to aim but VAMPIRES appear from all over the darkness, grabbing hold of JARED, CHARLES, and AUSTIN as NICK turns and fires, killing one of the VAMPIRES but as he does SHANE stands up behind him.
NICK turns as SHANE stabs a BLADE into NICK'S STOMACH.
NICK gasps as SHANE digs and twists the blade in, NICK spitting out blood as SHANE pushes NICK off, NICK falling over onto his back as FRANKIE holds VICKY back down, SHANE coming over towards his sister as RYAN sluggishly gets up as he was suddenly surrounded by WEREWOLVES, RYAN looking about in horror as the OTHER THREE were being held by the pack of VAMPIRES.
RYAN
How are you doing this!
FRANKIE

RYAN
Controlling these monsters! VAMPIRES, WEREWOLVES...they're all pack led by their own kind, not by SLASHERS...
FRANKIE
We are different then you're typical SLASHERS. We are not comprised of spectral make up, or found by EMP, for we are not spirits, we are not ghouls, or just monsters...

SHANE sets down a bloody sack, opening it as DOZENS OF HEARTS roll onto the ALTAR, VICKY screaming as TWO VAMPIRES come and grab them, beginning to set them evenly spaced around her. RYAN takes a step but the WEREWOLVES growl and move in closer as RYAN backs up, looking at the sight in horror as NICK coughs up more blood, holding the wound with his hands as he was losing color, but muttering something under his breath as everyone wasn't paying attention.
RYAN
So you wanna bring the god of monsters here, good for you, but if you think we're just going to let you...
FRANKIE
You'll do what? Get torn to shreds by some hungry WEREWOLVES? The only reason they're not tearing you apart right now, is because I'm not letting them. So know your place, human. And stand there and watch as your world's destroyer makes its grand entrance.
JARED, CHARLES, and AUSTIN watch in horror as SHANE begins stabbing the hearts, RYAN watching as behind the ALTAR by VICKY, a SMALL BLACK AND PURPLE PORTAL was beginning to form, each stabbed heart beginning to make the PORTAL grow bigger and bigger. SHANE continues to go around VICKY stabbing each heart of their victims as FRANKIE watches him with a gleeful look.
RYAN watches as the PORTAL was beginning to grow into a sizable enough space for something to come through, SHANE stabbing the final HEART as the PORTAL doubles in it's own size, as BLACK LIGHTNING and strange hands and figures begin to poke through the PORTAL but seem to be held back by a thin veil of darkness.
RYAN shakes as he watches SHANE come back around near FRANKIE, VICKY unable to move as SHANE raises the blade.
SHANE
Let us welcome our master, with her blood...
VICKY
RYAN!!
RYAN
VICKY!
A bullet hits SHANE in the head, SHANE going rigid before falling over, as FRANKIE looks to see SAMANTHA standing at the front of the CHURCH, a SNIPER RIFLE in hand as she aims and fires, hitting FRANKIE in the same exact spot that she had hit SHANE in.
The VAMPIRES and WEREWOLVES turn towards her as SAMANTHA drops the SNIPER RIFLE and pulls up two SNUB NOSE MACHINE GUN.
SAMANTHA begins walking towards them, opening fire as she begins dropping VAMPIRE and WEREWOLF alike, NICK crawling over towards a DEAD VAMPIRE as he touches it with his hand and seemingly goes still.
RYAN picks up his .45 and shoots a few of the WEREWOLVES from behind, as JARED, CHARLES, and AUSTIN join in, mowing down the SECOND HORDE as SAMANTHA throws her MACHINE GUNS DOWN and pulls up TWO DESERT EAGLES but as she does a SHADOW swirls up around her, SAMANTHA unsuspectingly thrown off her feet as JARED and CHARLES begin opening fire at it but the bullets just go through it as it begins to materialize into a shape, the PHANTOM sweeping over as it knocks JARED aside and flips CHARLES over before kicking CHARLES in the chest, which sends him flying, AUSTIN aiming and takes a few shots as RYAN watches vexed before he hears VICKY'S SCREAMS, RYAN going over to her as he fires at her leg holdings, but gets nothing.
RYAN
What the hell...
VICKY
RYAN!
FRANKIE and SHANE both stand as RYAN fires at them but FRANKIE grabs his hand, breaking it as RYAN screams as he drops his .45 SHANE coming over as he begins punching RYAN in the face over and over, JARED noticing it as he runs towards them but FRANKIE quickly comes around and kicks JARED in the chest, JARED flying backwards as SAMANTHA stands and goes towards the PHANTOM whom disarms AUSTIN and knocks him down.
SAMANTHA watches as the PHANTOM forms into ADAM, SAMANTHA going still as ADAM looks at her with SOULLESS EYES, SAMANTHA looking at ADAM with shock as ADAM disappears into the shadows and appears behind her, SAMANTHA turning as she blocks his wild swing, SAMANTHA blocking a few more of his attacks before she spins and kicks ADAM across his face, ADAM once again disappearing into the darkness as she scans about and watches the SHADOW move towards her, SAMANTHA running as she stomps down on the SHADOW as AUSTIN reaches down at the same time, AUSTIN pulling ADAM'S PHANTOM BODY out of the SHADOW as CHARLES runs up and punches him in the face, CHARLES SCREAMING as he hurts his hand as SAMANTHA rears back and socks ADAM more viciously.
JARED stands up as FRANKIE walks down the steps towards him as SHANE picks RYAN up by his collar, RYAN'S FACE a swollen mess.
SHANE
I will enjoy feeling each of your bones crack under my hits...
SHANE rears back but VICKY sits up and grabs SHANE, SHANE thrown off as VICKY bites SHANE'S EAR, SHANE screaming as he thrashes her off of him, but not before she rips his SHANE'S EAR OFF, RYAN scooping up his .45 as he fires it into SHANE who staggers back towards the PORTAL, RYAN firing again, this time into his SKULL.
SHANE rocks back as RYAN stands and runs, shouldering SHANE'S body into the PORTAL which disappears in a flash of BLACK LIGHT.
RYAN looks to see FRANKIE knock JARED aside again as she turns to RYAN.
FRANKIE
What have you done!
RYAN
Come and get some bitch!
FRANKIE takes off after him but falls over backwards as NICK had his SHOTGUN aimed up, RYAN watching him as he smiles and throws up a thumb before coughing up more blood, FRANKIE falling over as SAMANTHA hits ADAM again, AUSTIN and CHARLES holding him as ADAM looks at SAMANTHA with no recognition, SAMANTHA looking at him with hurt eyes.
SAMANTHA
I'm sorry this happened to you...but I should've known better...
SAMANTHA holds her arm out and a RETRACTABLE BLADE pops out past her hand.
SAMANTHA
...I'll see you again one day...
SAMANTHA watches as ADAM shrieks, SAMANTHA stabbing the BLADE into its heart as AUSTIN watches the PHANTOM suddenly go limp.
AUSTIN
You didn't kill it.
SAMANTHA
I know..
CHARLES
Wait, what did she do?
AUSTIN lets him go as CHARLES does the same, ADAM slinking over lifeless as it then disappears into the DARKNESS.
AUSTIN
She freed him...so his consciousness would come back...you have any idea the repercussions that could bring...
SAMANTHA
I'll take my chances...
RYAN and JARED work on getting VICKY off of the CUE as SAMANTHA comes up by FRANKIE and plugs her in the back of the head twice without looking at her, AUSTIN coming over to NICK as NICK was looking repeatedly worse.
AUSTIN

AUSTIN

AUSTIN looks over at the others as he comes up next to CHARLES who was scanning the PORTAL that was still open, SAMANTHA looking at it as JARED and RYAN finally break open the leg bindings, VICKY quickly hopping off as she grabs hold of RYAN and hugs him, the THREE coming over towards the PORTAL as it was still lingering about strongly.
RYAN
How the fuck do we close this thing?!
SAMANTHA

It's temporal...it needs something strong to close just like it needs something to open.

So if sacrificing purity opens it the other way...what the hell closes it?

VICKY gasps, RYAN watching in horror as she looks down to see a BLADE TIP sticking out of her chest.
VICKY rolls her eyes into her head as RYAN screams and grabs her, as she fell forward, RYAN looking to see FRANKIE standing with the BLADE now covered in VICKYS BLOOD, SAMANTHA screaming as she aims at FRANKIE but FRANKIE tosses the BLADE and hits SAMANTHA in the shoulder, SAMANTHA screaming in pain as she spins and drops to a knee as AUSTIN aims and fires, FRANKIE quickly dodging it as she knocks him and JARED aside, CHARLES frozen in fear as FRANKIE looks at RYAN who lays on the ground with VICKY panting faintly in his arms.
FRANKIE
Soon she will die...and the BEREAVED shall come to expiate you all...
RYAN watches as the PORTAL began to hum to life as the HANDS began to pry the DARK VEIL apart, RYAN looking at VICKY as she was spitting up blood on his chest, RYAN looking unsure of what to do as SAMANTHA screams as she pulls the blade out.
FRANKIE
We shall conquer you all...and as our slaves you will know...
SAMANTHA tosses the BLADE and hits FRANKIE in the chest, FRANKIE rocking back in shock as SAMANTHA comes over beside FRANKIE, FRANKIE looking at SAMANTHA with hatred.
SAMANTHA
This is for ADAM you fucking cunt!
SAMANTHA screams and horse kicks FRANKIE forward, FRANKIE rocking backwards into the PORTAL, screaming as she disappears into the VEIL.
RYAN quickly leans up and sets VICKY on her back, VICKY weakly touching RYAN'S face with a faint smile as SAMANTHA comes over, looking at the sight with a hint of sadness but with determination as she notices the VEIL still growing and beginning to send something through.
SAMANTHA
That PORTAL is going to send that thing here! We have to close it! We have to close it now!
JARED

SAMANTHA notices someone walk past her, RYAN and SAMANTHA noticing NICK being helped over towards the PORTAL by ADAM, ADAM looking over at VICKY who lets a tear fall as ADAM looks at her and then at SAMANTHA who looks at him flabbergasted.

ADAM

ADAM and NICK begin towards the PORTAL, SAMANTHA quickly going to grab ADAM but her hand goes through him as he quickly dissipated into his shadowy form as he and NICK go through, RYAN screaming as the PORTAL suddenly seems to shake before the DARKNESS seemingly SCREAMS, before it closes in and explodes into SPECS OF DUST.
SAMANTHA looks at the sight in horror as her hand was still out stretched, JARED and CHARLES looking about in horror as AUSTIN comes over by SAMANTHA who then turns to see RYAN holding VICKY.
VICKY touches RYAN'S face as RYAN shakes his head fighting back his tears.
RYAN
I shouldn't have let this happen...I shouldn't have gotten close...I shouldn't have allowed you to be involved...
VICKY

The others watch on shocked as SAMANTHA begins pummeling RYAN, RYAN not fighting back as SAMANTHA is crying and screaming as JARED, CHARLES, and AUSTIN pull her off.

You killed her! YOU KILLED ADAM! And NICK! This is your fault! Everything is your fault! I'm done with you! I'm done! I FUCKING HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I hate you...I hate you...
JARED lets her go as she breaks down and drops to her knees near VICKY crying, SAMANTHA chanting I HATE You over and over as RYAN just stares up at the ceiling.

It is RAINING, SAMANTHA, JARED, and CHARLES stand at a FIELD where a GRAVE for VICKY JAYMES has been made, RYAN watching from a far off distance as AUSTIN stands by him, before pulling up his BAG and turns and begins down the road.

I'll take the bus in town...gotta head west...seems like JERIMIAH is up to no good again...

SAMANTHA looks up at RYAN as RYAN notices her and turns and walks out of sight, SAMANTHA sneering before JARED snaps her out of it by hand her a bag full of WEAPONS, CHARLES starting the VAN as they load up and take off, driving down the dirt road away from the sight as a SHADOW lingers by the GRAVE, ADAM appearing through the shadows as he watches the VAN go, ADAM looking about as he turns to see VICKY'S GRAVE, ADAM touching it as he goes to his knees, ADAM beginning to weep but his tears fall and disappear into a darkness.
INT. CHURCH
The area has been sealed off, and the bodies have still been left to be handled properly. The DEAD VAMPIRE laying off to the side suddenly begins to twitch, before it springs to life and begins to mutate and morph, no one else around as the DEAD VAMPIRE suddenly begins to turn into NICK.
NICK drops to his knee and begins coughing as he spits out some blood and pulls the FANGS out of his mouth, NICK standing as he cracks all the stiff joints.
NICK looks about as he smiles and comes over towards the ALTAR, NICK picking up the BLADE as he stabs a heart, watching as the PORTAL slowly opens, NICK reaching in as he whistles, NICK smiling as he seems to of caught something and pulls his arm out slowly.
NICK pulls the BLACK ORB out and smiles as he grabs the heart and throws it on the ground, smashing it into gory bits under his boot as the PORTAL then dissipates.
NICK whistles and comes over near a body...a familiar body...as NICK bends down and drops the DARK ORB into the DEAD VAMPIRES CHEST.
THE DEAD VAMPIRE begins to go through the same transformation, NICK stepping back as he watches it come to life, The MAN scooting back all the way to the wall as he looks about in horror and confusion as he checks to see that he is alive.

KRIS smiles as NICK smirks as well as we FADE OUT.

RYAN awakens as he is laying on the STREET where he had been knocked out, RYAN looking about as he groggily sits up and looks about.

They're at the CHURCH.
RYAN turns as MARVIN, the overlord of the WEREWOLVES appears.

We are wasting time here.

MARVIN
You fool...there are good WEREWOLVES here forced from their will to serve these...abominations. I will not allow them to be used anymore by these bastards.

RYAN looks behind him to see WEREWOLVES as far as the EYE CAN SEE were all over the TOWN, some crawling over buildings and down the street towards them as MARVIN looks at RYAN with his WOLF LIKE EYES.

So are we staying here...or are we going to go do something about this?

RYAN turns and pulls out his MOD .45
RYAN
Let's put an end to this...once and for all...
RYAN begins off towards the CHURCH as MARVIN follows close by, the ARMY OF WEREWOLVES nipping at their heels.
FADE OUT
