Aurora Blaine immediately replied, "Don't jinx it."
"Be careful, if you faint later, remember to faint into the third master's arms," Jace Pierce teased.
Aurora ended the topic decisively, opened the car door, and stretched out her hand, "Leave it to me."
"With those little arms and legs, can you really manage?" Jace doubted.
"Of course, my boyfriend strength is off the charts," she raised an eyebrow.
Jace didn't move, pointing to where Kane Townsend was holding onto his clothes, "First, get her hand off."
Aurora tried to pry Kane's hand away, but Kane held on like it was a lifeline, refusing to let go. This was her last strong consciousness because she believed she wouldn't encounter danger beside Master Jace.
Aurora was afraid of hurting her, so she said to Jace, "How about you take off your clothes?"
