The first time the Destruction General utilized all its power was during its creation. Since it was created to battle [Perfection] and end the latter's madness, how could it be in a sealed state? Grand Dao only sealed it later because of its power and existence.
The second time the Destruction General was unsealed was during Pangu's Rebellion. Jiang Qing has witnessed over time the battle between these two titans, and to say he was shocked is an understatement. Although few records of Pangu remained in the world, his act of slaying 3000 Chaos Demon Gods before battling the Destruction General was truly legendary.
The third time was during Cthulhu's invasion of the Chaos Universe. The Destruction General appeared and defeated the Great Old One, allowing Grand Dao the ability to seal this powerful, unknown creature. Although Grand Dao tried to erase all records of this event, a few Grand Dao Saints have discovered it.
