The couple was having their usual heart to heart talk. The God of Destruction knew from the beginning that his husband is a merged soul of two godly beings. Two whose karma was closely connected to him as the protector of their cosmos. Moreover, the original identities of these men were special as well. One is a guardian like him while the other is the lord of the invaders who wanted to take over their cosmos's resources, in short their enemy.
However, the God of Destruction is the strongest among the guardians but he is secretly in love with the Hell Fire Lord. Unfortunately, the Hell Fire Lord doesn't have the feelings he had and never turns his head to his side. The God of Destruction knowing when to stop had given up one day, and he focused on his job to protect the world. He also took away his feelings to the void letting it disappear.
