Mrs.Yaoyorozu walks outside with the baby and the doctor behind them. Ben was outside sitting on the chair. He was letting his wife, Anko, have her moment. He didn't want to disturb them. When he saw Anko carrying a baby, he knew what had occurred.
Anko: Doc, Get the adoption papers ready! Ben, we are adopting him. He is gonna be the brother of our future daughter.
Ben: Ok, but what is gonna be his name?
Anko: It is gonna be Leon!
4 years later
Leon POV
It has been 4 years. I loved Momo in my past life so I loved her in this life. First I wanted to love her as a brother because I never had a siblings.
I was sleeping when something was touching me. I woke up and saw that Momo was sleeping right next to me. I smiled and went near her head. I kissed her forehead and slept again.
Normal POV
At around 6 am, Momo woke up and saw that I was sleeping. Momo blushed and realized that she was sleeping in her brother's room. She looked at her brother and saw how cute he looked. Momo just started to admire the beauty of Leon. After a minute, she tried to wake Leon. Leon woke up.
Leon: Good morning, Momo
Momo: Good morning (blushes...)
Leon went to the bathroom and started to shower. Momo went to her bathroom and started to shower as well. Leon got out. After wearing some clothes, He went downstairs and saw the Momo was there already.
Leon: Seems like you finished showering faster.
Momo: It is because of my quirk. It was easy because of it.
Anko: Leon, Come and eat your breakfast.
Leon: Ok mom!
Leon sat on the chair and started to eat cereal. After a minute, Leon's eyes started to glow. The ground started to shake.
Momo: Oni-chan, your eyes are glowing!
Leon suddenly collapses.
Leon's POV
I was eating when suddenly, I saw a screen pop up in front of me.
Leon: 'I can finally create anything.'
Leon started to create abilities such as telekinesis, immortality, absolute barrier, absolute aura and other things.
After 2 hours, Leon thought that he had enough skills.
He woke up and saw that he was in a hospital.
Leon: Seems like I worried others. Momo is gonna be worried.
I saw the doctor come in.
Doc: I will call your parents. After that we can take the quirk examination.
After couple of minutes, He saw his parents and Momo come in.
Anko: I was so worried (while crying)
Ben: Looks like you finally got your quirk!
Momo: waaaaa, oni-chan you are finally awake.
Momo runs to Leon and hugs him.

Leon: I think it is telekinesis.
Ben: OH MY GOD, that is an broken quirk. You can basically crush anyone with your mind alone.
Anko: Now is not the time, Ben.
After the quirk examination, they went back to the house.
