Eleanor Whittaker widened her eyes, looking somewhat incredulously at the suddenly appearing Cian Channing.
Her hair was in disarray, her pretty and elegant face was bruised and battered, blood trickled from the corner of her mouth, her dress was crumpled, and she looked as desolate as if she had been violated.
Her eyes burned with fury, clouded with darkness, as though she wished to destroy everyone.
What could have happened, is it possible that the plan was exposed?
This instantly sent Eleanor Whittaker's originally calm and cheerful mood plummeting to the depths.
Her heart was suspended in mid-air.
The planned action had already commenced; Tessa Caldwell was supposed to soon meet her demise, could it be that something unexpected had arisen?
Her face abruptly turned pale, extremely unsightly, staring at Cian Channing, she asked through gritted teeth: "What happened to you? Did the plan get revealed?"
"..." Cian Channing remained silent, merely gazing at her.
