"Back home? When did she leave?"
"She left about an hour ago, I think. She didn't look well." Xu Anran considered, then asked, "Did you two have a fight? I asked her before, but she didn't say anything."
"No, it wasn't really a fight. I'll go back and check on her. Could you watch Chaochao and Qianqian for me?"
Xu Anran nodded, "Boss Wei, I might be overstepping, but I want to say, please treat Su Li better. If it weren't for love, she would have never come back."
Wei Chengfeng paused for a moment, said nothing, but nodded and then left.
Back at home, he went straight upstairs. He had thought she would be in the bedroom, but unexpectedly, just up the stairs, he saw her sitting in the small floral lounge, looking outside.
His steps faltered for a moment, then he walked over quietly.
"Why did you come back early? Are you feeling unwell?"
Su Li suddenly came back to herself, saw him, hesitated, and then asked, "Why are you back?"
