The planet formed through this frenzied process of condensing and stacking energy quickly took shape. It became an enormous planetary core, radiating five-colored light. Unlike ordinary elemental planets that simply displayed five hues, this one brimmed with the actual essence of the Five Elements, creating a living, breathing world filled with mountains and rivers.
Creating landscapes was not difficult, but the key here was that the mountains and rivers within this planet were infused with genuine elemental energy. Other cultivators' planetary cores might look beautiful, but in truth, their internal energies were often singular and hollow.
Put simply, they looked good but lacked depth. They weren't true living environments, nor did they contain the rich, multifaceted power of nature.
Yi Tianyun's newly condensed planet, however, was like a real world, it even felt like it could give birth to life! Of course, creating life wasn't something easily achieved, but allowing beings to cultivate within it was entirely possible.
The environment here was far superior to the outside world, by many times over.
With Crazy Mode accelerating everything, it didn't even take a few full days before the fusion completed. A massive new planetary core formed inside his body. Oddly enough, it wasn't as large as the combined mass of the five previous planets. Instead, it was more compact, yet its energy was far more terrifying. It was denser, purer, and had instantly reached the sixth-grade level.
Since he'd absorbed a sixth-grade Five Elements Core, it was only natural that his internal planetary core would rise to match. There was no way it would be weaker.
"Finally succeeded… this is the planetary core formed from the Five Elements Core?"
Yi Tianyun was thrilled. He could clearly feel the enormous surge in energy within his body.
His cultivation realm hadn't advanced, but the strength of his foundation had grown tremendously. If he unleashed the power of the Five Elements Core now, it would far surpass anything he'd been capable of before.
Most importantly, he had succeeded. He'd completed this trial just in time, before the God Territory War began.
He stood up and walked toward the Five Elements Core. At this point, he felt no danger from it, after all, it had already been assimilated.
It wasn't possible for him to completely absorb the Five Elements Core, but being acknowledged by it was enough to complete the trial.
Full absorption was still far beyond his current strength. If he had been stronger from the start, the fusion might have gone faster. Thankfully, Crazy Mode had made up the difference. Without it, he might have failed entirely.
A narrow escape, but a fortunate one.
"Congratulations on completing the Five Elements Core Trial. You are now the true Master of the Mortal World!"
A beam of golden light descended, enveloping him. A glowing imprint emerged from the void and branded itself on his forehead, then instantly vanished without a trace.
Moments later, a surge of profound memory flooded into his mind. Yi Tianyun closed his eyes and quietly absorbed the knowledge. After a while, he slowly opened them.
"So this is the true power of the Mortal World… this isn't something you'd ever call 'mortal.'"
The memory didn't explain the full truth. It only instructed him on how to awaken the Mortal World's power. It said nothing about the Reincarnation Pond or any other related mysteries.
Clearly, even after completing the Five Elements Core trial, the full truth remained hidden.
"Ding! Special mission 'Become the Master of the Mortal World' completed. Reward: Title – 'Master of the Mortal World'. Grants access to the Mortal World's strongest power! No additional rewards."
Title – Master of the Mortal World: Grants absolute control over the Mortal World. Enables manipulation of souls, directing them to reincarnate in any region, or reconstruct their physical bodies. Also allows full command over the Five Elements Core, including using its power for counterattacks.
"Control reincarnation?"
Yi Tianyun had expected overwhelming battle power, but instead, he gained a rare utility effect, he could now dictate where souls would reincarnate within the Three Realms.
Up until now, reincarnation was automatic. Now, he held the reins.
Unfortunately, it didn't hold much practical value for him, since cultivators above the Saint King level couldn't reincarnate here. That greatly reduced the title's usefulness… unless this upper limit could one day be raised.
However, the second effect was incredible, the ability to reconstruct physical bodies!
This meant that anyone below the Saint King level could be restored from the soul, even if their body had been destroyed.
This stunned even Yi Tianyun. Now he understood just how powerful the title truly was.
"If this ability improves further, I could really create an undying army…"
He couldn't help but get excited imagining it.
No matter how someone died, if their soul was still in the Three Realms, he could restore them! Who would dare provoke such an immortal army?
But then he noticed a small line of text at the bottom,
Each resurrection of 1,000 souls requires a 100-year cooldown.
"So it's not infinite… I was being naive again."
Yi Tianyun shook his head. Still, this limitation didn't bother him too much. Most low-level cultivators didn't participate in war anyway, so it wouldn't affect him for now.
And having it was still better than not having it. Who knew when it might come in handy?

At that moment, a loud mechanical sound drew his attention. Two massive passageways opened behind the Five Elements Core, releasing two opposing forces.
One was filled with radiant light, the other exuded eerie cold.
"Light and darkness?"
Yi Tianyun's eyes narrowed. He immediately understood what the next two trials would be, one of light, the other of darkness.
These were ultra-rare cores, each capable of forming the strongest possible energies. And now, they had been unearthed and embedded into the Three Realms!
The Heaven World represented the Light Core.
The Mortal World represented the Five Elements Core.
The Ghost World represented the Dark Core.
No matter which one it was, each core was unbelievably rare. To possess even one was astounding. To possess all three… would make someone truly invincible.
Assuming, of course, they could fully control them.
"Too powerful… The deeper I go, the more terrifying this becomes. So this is the legacy left behind by that mysterious ancient being…"
Yi Tianyun's eyes sparkled with excitement. It had been a long time since he'd encountered a treasure so extraordinary.
Just understanding the true power of the Five Elements Core had already overwhelmed him. What would happen if he managed to control all three?
Only then would the Three Realms truly become the real Three Realms!
