After some minute the class teacher left the classroom. The students were all discussing about the cultural wears they would put on that day.
"I'm going to put on agbada and cap."said a boy laughing
"That will fit you though."said a girl grinning.
Charlotte was sitting looking at some of the students chatting laughing about the cultural day and suddenly she saw Vivian coming to her front seats
"Hi Charlotte can I see you please."said Vivian sheepishly
"Okay Vivian."she said looking at her astonished and she was sitting down not getting up
"Can I see you outside please just for a few minutes before the English teacher come in."added Vivian again
"Alright let's go."replied Charlotte
"Thank you."said Vivian quietly
They were standing at the door entrance looking out if the English teacher is coming
"Charlotte I'm sorry for everything."said Vivian pleading
"For?"asked Charlotte confused
"I'm sorry for not believing you, for choosing a stranger over you. Please forgive me."said Vivian
"Who told you the truth?"asked Charlotte surprised she knew the truth
"It was Caleb he called me last night and explain everything to me."replied Vivian eyes down
"Now I see why you begged me."said Charlotte arms crossed, she was not happy with Vivian that she didn't trust her
"I'm truly sorry for my actions. Please forgive me."said Vivian holding her hands firmly and Charlotte was looking at her unsure "Please Charlotte,"said Vivian pleading
"I have forgiven you Vivian. It's all in the past now."said Charlotte softly
"Thank you Charlotte. I love you."said Vivian happily and she hugged her unexpectedly and Charlotte was stunned
"You're welcome."said Charlotte smiling at her
"Are we still best friends Charl?"asked Vivian carefully
"Sure why not."replied Charlotte chuckled
"Thank you and I promise I'll make it up to you."said Vivian grinning
"I can't wait,"said Charlotte and she saw the English teacher coming towards them "Vivian please let's go inside the teacher is coming towards us."said Charlotte suddenly
"Okay let's go inside."said Vivian and they both entered inside the classroom.
The lesson have ended and it was break time, Charlotte and Vivian were spotted eating together at the cafeteria and Princess entered inside and she was ashamed to see the two best friends eating together after what she did to caused their separation
"Is that not the two best friends eating together?"asked a girl bewildered at their sight
"Yes they're the one. I guess They're friends again."admittedly second girl eating softly
"I thought Princess said Charlotte is dating Caleb?"asked first girl curiously
"I wonder where she got the news from."replied second girl nonchalantly
"Here she is Let's ask her."said first girl coyly.
Princess entered inside the cafeteria,carrying a tray of fruits,salad and water
"Hi Princess,"said first girl smiling coyly
"Hi." replied Princess dryly
"I thought you said Vivian is not friends with Charlotte anymore and it's because of Caleb." asked second girl nodding towards Charlotte and Vivian. Princess looked at the two girls afar off chatting and laughing but she was ashamed inwardly kept quiet without saying any words
"Princess are you not saying anything."asked first girl astonished at her silence
"I'm sorry it's a misinformation, excuse me please." Princess got up from her seat embarrassed. She left their presence and went to another seat quietly
"That's weird."said first girl displeased with her
"She has changed. This is not the Princess I know."admittedly second girl bewildered
"Let's ignore her please."said first girl eating softly
Charlotte and Vivian saw what happened and the way Princess left her seat to another seat
"What a camelon. Serve her right."said Vivian smiling triumphantly
"Just ignore her, please."said Charlotte chuckled
"Yeah." said Vivian and she asked souddently "Charlotte what are you wearing for the cultural dance?"she asked
"I don't know yet, what about you?"said Charlotte
"Why don't you follow me to my house today and check for dress to wear."suggested Vivian softly
"Are you slyly asking me to follow you home today?"asked Charlotte grinning
"Duh. You got me there."said Vivian laughing
