For the first time since his arrival in their world, Raven and Mana saw Vyom at a disadvantage. The other tiger cub was a little smaller than Vyom, but no less cute, and with her pale eyes and innate feline grace and arrogance, she made quite an impact, especially on Regent Prince Yuki, who looked utterly smitten.
"Have you found appropriate human parents for me?" Haruka, the new tiger cub, demanded, eyeing Vyom with displeasure. She raised her eyes and surveyed the humans with a critical eye before finally resting her eyes on Raven and Mana. "Is that them? A bit young, but I suppose they will do."
"No, no, that's my Mommy and Daddy," Vyom said, waving his paw dismissively. "You can't have the same human parents as me – if you do, then we will be siblings and they won't let us get married when we grow up. Humans are rather finicky about these things, even when they are not related by blood. It doesn't make sense, but well, que sera sera." The tiger cub shrugged helplessly.
