Lyra saw a shadowy form rapidly moving away from the bursts of flames she had just launched.
Obviously, the Umbrashnul that had tried to snipe her wanted to avoid being engulfed by fire that would cause major damage.
Yet, their hasty movement to avoid being incinerated gave away their position and allowed Lyra to lock on to them.
Using her high-speed moment technique, she got into range and activated another of her unique skills. One that was perfect for locking down slippery opponents.

A spectral chain shot out of Lyra's center of mass and connected itself to the moving mass of shadows.
When the Umbrashnul tried to continue running away, they found themselves suddenly being yanked back and pulled out of the shadows.
Lyra finally got a good look at her adversary and saw that they were a woman.
She looked a lot more human than Imdiirn did. With just a single pair of arms and legs, and a small and lithe body.
