Kuang Zhan was surprised to see Su Ye returning.
"You're back already? Come on, Su Ye, have a drink with us."
As he spoke, he handed a bowl of liquor to Su Ye.
Su Ye glanced down at the clear liquor in the bowl. A potent, unrestrained fragrance of alcohol filled the air.
After one look, she pushed the bowl of liquor further away and shook her head.
"I don't drink."
Kuang Zhan was surprised.
"You don't drink?"
He then scratched his head and muttered, "Could the rumors be wrong? Back in Xuan Yue City, I heard the Young City Lord drank alcohol like water. I was even looking forward to having a drinking contest with you."
Su Ye didn't say anything. She just turned her head away, pretending she hadn't heard a thing.
Of course, Kuang Zhan didn't try to persuade her. Instead, he drank Su Ye's portion for her.
Song Jue was leaning against a tree, watching the rowdy scene around him. A look of impatience spread across his face.
"It's so noisy."
