Zong Shen went to the fireplace set up in the middle of the ground floor hall.
He took out some wood and used a big saber to chop the large logs into small pieces.
He threw them into the hearth in one go.
At the same time, he took out a fist-sized [Pine Tar Block] and tossed it onto the pile of firewood.
He activated the Fire Sacrifice, extending his arm burning with sacrificial fire into it.
Soon, the pine tar block and the firewood ignited.
Wisps of gray-white smoke rose up the chimney.
It ascended straight up from the chimney in the middle, eventually drifting out from the smoke outlet on the roof of the Lord's Small Tower.
The design of the Lord's Small Tower was quite clever, aside from being aesthetically pleasing.
All aspects of its setup were meticulously adjusted.
The chimney's smoke outlet had a ninety-degree bend to effectively prevent backflow.
Additionally, for aesthetic purposes, the smoke outlet on the roof was not prominent.
