Roy Williams was a boy born unnaturally with the pretext of creating a perfect person. He lived a good and supervised life under his family while notes were being taken in secret.
Contact was only kept with parents and all of the funding towards his education and living cost were covered by the government after being heavily scrutinized. To ensure that the parent have no hand in it.

Roy age 23 was a confident man. He had finally matured but not enough. Unlike the calculating and strong head of the Williams family in Chroma. He was smart and skilled but he still handled negotiations in a poor way. He finishes anything he sets his mind to.
Roy entered the castle and found a women encased in ice. Her face wasn't clear when he tried to see through the Ice. He could only see a scattered image. Roy chipped away the ice and when there was a small layer. He used a chipped low level fire stone to melt the ice. But he took his time to avoid thermal shock. And once it had been melted. It revealed a cold beauty covered in ice. Her body was frozen and she was in deep slumber.
Her vitals were low and it was measured that she was on the verge of death. Roy tried contacting the Foundation but his comms were cut off. She had a pulse, and it appeared she was breathing but very slowly. Roy cleared a pathway for air to reach her lungs as she breathed air even more.
He used his clothes to cover her. For he didn't account this exceptions. He used the spare sets of clothes that he had prepared to cover her. Once her body was warm.
She began to wake up and saw Roy breaking and scattering fire stones in order to increase the room temperature slightly.
She groaned slightly when getting up and this alerted Roy. And he approached her and checked her vitals again.
She was regaining consciousness bit by bit. And her heart rate and pulse were increasing to the normal levels.
Finally she regained consciousness. After hours of continuous tending. Her core temperature had risen and the encasing palace kept the cold winds away. Albeit the floor had also become wet. But due to the stones they were lukewarm.

Roy slightly tilted his face and finally looked at her face. She was a beauty. She resembled the princesses in story books.
Roy's mouth was left open just by looking at her.
But he managed to control himself.
Roy :
Im Roy Williams, from the Immortal Foundation . So why are you living out here in the blizzard. Do you remember anything?
Roy pryed for answer from the recently conscious.

Why did you wake me up. I was in a blissful slumber away from the pain of reality.
Roy smiled as he made eye contact with her.
Roy :
It seemed like the right thing to do. I can't just report that I left a woman out here to die.
Her growth was slowed down considerably and she was looking malnourished. As her body used up it's stored food to and it looked like she was starved for several days.

And yet here I am, searching for the reason behind this anomaly.
Roy provided her water from a thermos to replenish her fluids and later he made soup. While making the soup he talked with the Queen of Ice.
He added various herbs he had prepared in the soup and made it with less spice so it would be tolerated well.
While he also provided her clothes to change now that her clothes had become wet and we're drying. When Roy tried to break the ice mold.
Roy slowly uncovered about her. Her way of speaking was regal but still her words exuded loneliness. She asked Roy about her kingdom. And Roy denied ever hearing about such a kingdom. Serendia spike about its location and Roy instantly replied that There's nothing but ruins.
Just hearing this much made tears come from her eyes to be turned into ice and sticking to her skin. Roy wiped the tears off her. But ripiing them off. But since they didn't stick to her skin for long. He was easily able to remove them.
Roy :
Are you the one who's causing this anomaly. This blizzard.
Serendia :
Yes. Everything is because of my curse.
Roy passed some mana into her body. But it didn't seem there was anything wrong with her. There were no curses. Just there was a string flow of mana inside her.
Usually the flow is only limited to battles.
Roy :
I might be able to help you. If you spare no detail about this curse of yours.
Serendia :
Even the biggest doctor's and my master couldn't treat me. What can you do.
Roy tried to persuade Serendia. But Serendia' heart was already cold and shattered even more after hearing her kingdom disappeared. She felt a small amount of resentment lift up.
Roy :
some time has passed while you were slumbering. The world is more advanced now. Come with me to the foundation. I'm sure we can treat you.
Serendia was a woman who had been disconnected from the outside world for far too long. Her palace had become her world. The more time she spent in her castle the more she was afraid to leave the four walls surrounding her.
She always told herself that it was the right thing to do.
But now someone had once again offered her the hop which she desperately wanted. But she was afraid the it was a false hope. She wanted to cling onto it but she was afraid that it would drag her into the depths of despair.
She revolted back against Roy's suggestion. Her eyes were as cold as ice.
Serendia :
I've heard enough. Go back now.
Roy :
I've decided that I'm going to be taking you with me. Otherwise I ain't leaving.
Serendia used mana to craft an icicles and pointed it at Roy.
Serendia shouted at Roy
Serendia :
I SAID LEAVE!!!
Roy : out of concerm
Don't push yourself, you are in no shape to fight.
Serendia in rage shot an icicle directly targeting Roy's heart.
But Roy caught it with his left hand before it could ever reach his heart. And casually threw it aside.
Serendia began to cough her body hadn't recovered yet. She was stressing herself out.
Ray :
I'm on the same side as you. You just need to trust me.
Serendia :
Everyone who said to trust them have always betrayed me in the end.
Ray :
Then you don't need to even trust me. Just see for yourself. If you don't like it return to the mountains yourself.
Serendia had nothing to lose by agreeing with him.
Serendia :
I will bury your entire kingdom in snow. If you lie about the cure.
Roy optimistically replied.
Roy :
Agreed.
Despite having the answer right in front of him. Roy still stepped in the blizzard looking for anything he might have missed out. He made a trek down the mountain with ease and met the team in charge of surveying the mountain.
Roy :
Do we have a doctor in our midst?
Fortunately there was a doctor. Roy carried the doctor's instruments. And climbed the mountain while the doctor followed suit. Finally once again reaching the summit, They banged on the doors once again and this time they automatically opened as the Queen of the Palace was wide awake.
After opening the door.
The Queen had once again collapsed due to weakness.
The doctor rushed to examine her. But found her condition to be normal. He prescribed her some medicines to cure her weakness. But on close examination it wad found that.
Her mana channels and core were behaving abnormally. They were unnaturally drawing mana from the core and then converting it into snow.
Or causing blizzards to occur.
With a few procedures doctors can permanently disable mana channels. There are two methods
Tightly shutting the affected area with a special membrane the outer area is solid and the inner area is liquid thus covering the pores and doesn't allow mana to escape. Or a very miniscule amount of mana escape.
That's when new channels regenerate they in turn get blocked easily.
Second methods is to create a permanent burn scar which doesn't allow mana channels to regenerate in the area and shuts down existing mana channels. But this method is considered to be very primitive.
Another method includes taking a drug named 2,5, 8,9 Chloro 10,15 Nitro Iso-Pectholate. This drug temporarily suppressed the creation of new channels.
But the research is also limited as it's test subjects.
The doctor diagnosed her with Mana dissociation disorder.
And informed Roy that she must be operated on. Her mana pool has increased as her age. And in the future it might increase by 50%.
The doctor unveiled a portable levitating stretcher from his kit. Which could levitate and handle weights upto 80kgs.
Easier to transport patients without terrain constraints.
And Serendia was taken to the Foundation. Where she Countinue to gain and lose consciousness. She was administered iv fluids to warm her and supply sugar to her body.
And as their convoy moved they carried the blizzard with as well. And the technology to erase mana hadn't been in wide use as well.
Due to this for few days there was snow in the capital and it jammed few services. And because of this unexpected variable. The King was oissed at Roy for not giving a response earlier.
The Queen was treated for 3 hours and was under intensive medical care. She was out under rehabilitation program where she had to complete it unwillingly. But she struggled her way through it as she had finally found something to live for in her life.
