(Michelle Lui's POV)
Andy was shouting something on the small stage in the courtyard, but my brain was still replaying too many things at once.
Steven's voice:
"Give me five minutes."
Andy's soft confession:
"My Chelle, if you ever fall again, let it be for someone who won't waste you."
Anthony's quiet warning:
"You don't have to talk to him."
All three sentences tangled in my head like a knot I wasn't ready to untie. My chest tightened just thinking about them, a strange pressure blooming beneath my ribs as if my heart couldn't decide which direction to flinch.
But reality snapped back when Andy raised both arms dramatically.
"THE WINNERS OF THE MIDNIGHT SCAVENGER HUNT—TEAM MOONLIGHT!"
Cheers erupted.
Cameras flashed.
Someone even screamed "I LOVE YOU, ANDY!"
Vince lifted the Moon Token above his head like a championship trophy.
Andy grinned and winked at the crowd.
